Hi,
I have a question regarding the stats/data when doing an analysis of my campaign's results.
I'm a little bit confused about the click through rate. As I understand it, this stat would give me the number of email where the user clicked at least one link (outside of the unsubscibe link), among the delivered and opened emails. However, the number of clicked emails is consistantly higher than the number of opened emails. I assume this means the "clicked" data takes into account every single click and thus counts the same opened email several times if several links have been clicked inside.
How do I get the number of clicked emails among the opened ones? Is there any other data I could use to measure the click through rate of my campaigns?
