When sending via the API with a template, there is currently no way to detect a mismatch between the variables in the API payload and the variables referenced in the template. Since the October 2025 update, missing variables silently render as empty instead of blocking the message.
This caused a production incident where a template was edited to use the wrong variable name. The API payload contained the correct variable, but the template no longer referenced it. 3,121 emails were delivered with blank content, and there was no error, warning, or event…

Extra low usage plan without daily sending limits
I'm a long term free user of mailjet, and i very like mailjet
Currently using the free plan is PLENTY for me month wise - max 6000 a month. Though there are 3 or 4 days a month i'd like to send more than 200 mails a day.
Can there be a solution for this? Perhaps adding a 5€/month plan with everything same as free plan but unlimited daily mails or increased daily mails (500 or something)

Add support for 24 hour format on site for scheduling etc.
It is really strange that you can not select to present time in normal 24 format but only has 12 hour format when scheduling campaigns. Most countries in the work use 24 hour format so why can I have my time in the system show everything in 12 hour format as well?

Adding a label/search filter when selecting a template for an automation
When selecting an email template, to add to an automation block, it would be great if you could filter the email templates by your pre-set labels, rather than having to scroll through all of them to find the one you want. Or having a search bar to narrow it down.

Affichage des emails ouverts/cliqués sur une campagne
Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps, aucun email ne s'affiche sur les campagnes envoyées, dans les onglets Activité > Délivrés, Activité > Ouverts, il n'y a qu'une page blanche permettant de télécharger un export csv.
Or toutes les plateformes concurrentes proposent l'affichage des emails ouverts, cliqués, etc.
Pourriez-vous rétablir le comportement initial et remettre l'affichage des emails ouverts, cliqués, etc ?

Donc je ne vois pas le bouton support pour me débloquer
De plus je ne vois pas le bouton qui me permet de vous faire ce retour
C'est donc un peu un cache-cache qui m'a permis de faire ce retours. Pas fou pour l'UX.
Je vous suggére d'éviter qu'une erreur persistance puisse caché ce bouton

Add HSTS/CSP headers to responses on custom tracking domains
Our External Attack Surface Management (EASM) tooling continuously scans public hostnames resolving under our domain, including our custom tracking CNAME (pointing to t.mailjet.com). It flags these responses as missing standard security headers — specifically Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) and Content-Security-Policy (CSP) — even though the domain is HTTPS-only.
We understand these endpoints mostly serve redirects and tracking pixels, so practical risk is limited. However:
HSTS is low-cost to add and prevents protocol-downgrade exposure on an HTTPS-only host.
CSP is relevant on any HTML pages served (e.g. broken-link, unsubscribe, or error pages) to reduce reflected-XSS risk.

Amélioration contacts
Bonjour,
Il serait nécessaire de pouvoir modifier facilement les contacts en étant sur leur fiche. Pouvoir rajouter des colonnes pour les décrire etc. Autre exemple, en cas d'adresse incorrect, pouvoir la modifier sans supprimer le contact. Lors de création de segment, il serait utile d'avoir des menus déroulant pour sélectionner le contenu que nous avons enregistrer dans nos contacts, pour éviter de tout réécrire.1 vote -
API access to automation/workflow data
We use Mailjet automations for our SaaS product and need API access to automation/workflow data.
For example, a workflow shows 9 contacts entered, 2 active, 7 exited, but there's no way to retrieve which contacts exited so we can match them with Stripe and determine who converted or canceled.

Feature Request: Require Segment Selection Before Sending Campaigns
To help prevent accidental sends to the entire contact database, we would like the option to make Segment selection a required field before a campaign can be sent. This would provide an additional layer of protection and ensure that campaigns are always delivered to the intended audience.
Ideally, this feature would allow:
- Requiring a segment to be selected for every campaign.
- Preventing campaigns from being sent when no segment is chosen.
- Optionally allowing administrators to enforce this rule across the entire account.

When a new, paid account is suspended, Mailjet should provide a clear reason, actionable next steps, and an estimated review time. A warning or verification request before suspending service would also help prevent disruption to legitimate transactional email flows, such as application authorization emails.

Validation Error - make it more user friendly
When a user clicks on the link to validate his email he gets a success message. However if he clicks the link after that he gets Validation Error. This is confusing the user. The message should be better phrased and not labeled as error. For example - "You've already been subscribed" or "Your email has already been validated", or something like that
