  1. I need to see which lists a contact is in, via the API. Currently, this is impossible without scanning each list, to see if the contact is in it.

  2. Hi, when using the test button on webhook, it's better if you set a dummy email on the sent data, it's easier on the other side to check if the data extraction is correct. Right now the email field is empty.

  8. Contact list not automatically calculated and loaded, only when you press a button.

    Because I have the problem that when you click on cancel, but then click away I see in the network tab that it just starts calculating again!!

    I click on cancel, because I want to add the design afterwards.

    Because of this my queue gets full all the time and it sometimes takes weeks before it can load a contact list again....

    pleas do something about this..

A member of your support team suggested I should register my request here: I just wanted a tag to use in email marketing templates in order to show the {{current_year}}, as we can do in any HTML page/code snippet, or in templates of most of the email marketing SaaS similar to Mailjet. Not a big deal to develop in order to make this possible, but it’s a huge mistake not offering this option.   12. Based on a real-world ticket:

    We are using Mailjet as an SMTP relay for our domain, and the only valid sender address we have set up is our domain sender address "@mydomain.com". Now when emails are soft bounced, one could go to the Mailjet web portal and on the Stats page view which emails were not delivered and more importantly which individual sender sent the email (for example "harry@mydomain.com" taken from the email's From field). Therefore Harry could be informed that his email was not delivered.

  13. I have guest access to multiple accounts. When I log in to https://app.mailjet.com, I am always forwarded to the same account (first one created?), which is now the least relevant to me.

  14. We want to use MJ for email verification but it doesn't allow us to insert default variables into a hyperlink.

    Part of the URL for our email verification is dynamic - we would like to pass in a variable to set its value.

    For instance, we’d like to add this to an email template: <a href=”https://www.website.com/promotion?clientid={{var:clientid}}&code={{var:promocode}}”>Click here</a> to verify your email address.

    And “pass in” the clientid and promocode.

  15. 1) The Feedback button on the bottom left of "Design email" is not working.
    2) Still in "Design email", in Setting > Language, if I select another language the "unsubscribe" message at the bottom is still in English, even after sending a test email.

  17. We would like the able to disable the Unauthenticated Sender Domain(s) banner that appears in the UI. The domains that are needed have already been authenticated and it's confusing for the Shared Access users to continually see the banner pop up in their subaccounts.

    I'm using Mailjet's API to upload subscribed users to a specific contact list in chunks. While I understand the asynchronous nature of the process, I'd like to efficiently determine when all uploads have successfully completed for a single list.

    Currently, I can check the total contact count in the list after all uploads are finished. However, I'm looking for a way to identify if any uploads are still in progress without iterating through individual job IDs.
