    Vor dem Update konnte man alle Links visualisieren lassen, jetzt geht nur noch die Top 10. Bitte wieder rückgängig machen.

    Hallo,

    ich hätte einen Feature-Wunsch: Können Sie auf der Statistik-Seite einen EMail-Filter ergänzen?

    Die Filterung nach Datum oder EMail-Status ist für uns nicht so relevant. Wir müssen von Zeit zu Zeit gucken welche Mails an einen bestimmten User verschickt wurde. Wir nutzen Ihr System nicht für einen Newsletter-Versand, sondern für den Versand von Status-Mails an unsere User aus unserer TeamDrive-Software heraus. Hier bekommt der User unterschiedliche Mail-Templates zugeschickt. Ich kann jetzt nur den Tag eingrenzen und muss mich dann durch die zahlreichen Seiten klicken, um auf den Seiten dann jeweils nach der Email-Adresse zu suchen. Es wäre so viel einfacher,…

    Le Bot me répond en espagnole... :( !
    Et on ne peut pas chercher par nom ou adresse mail dans les stat ? !!! C'est juste pas pratique... :( !
    De plus pour les domaines, on ne peut pas valider en bloc ? Un par Un, ce n'est pas pratique non plus... ;'( !

  5. Contact property options

    When looking up webhits on Mailjet we are not able to look up at the contact properties such as company names and job titles and it is important when we are analyzing the results of the campaigns sent out and in trying to understand performance. Should that be given we can integrate Vlookup method. This would be a potential improvement to the service

  8. open-time statistics for some period

    statistics about open time average for a selected time/date period would be very usefull. Example: to know that in a average for the last 6 month that 52% of my useres open the newsletters between 7:00 and 10:00 and a other 38 % between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm would be realy userfull

    Sur la page d'une campagne, lorsque l'on veut exporter les statistiques de la campagne (ouvreurs et cliqueurs), serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité de choisir les champs que l'on souhaite exporter tels que nom de la société, nom et prénom du contact, etc.

    Bonjour,
    Il serait pratique de connaitre la raison du désabonnement de nos emailings(voir exemple en PJ). Certains le propose et je souhaite faire la même chose et c'est relativement pratique pour analyser les désabonnements.

  12. Display template ID and/or name in Statistics

    It would be helpful to be able to see which template was used to create a campaign or send a specific message. This information is currently not available even with any of the API endpoints.

    Pour exploiter les rapports que l'on télécharge en .csv depuis l'onglet stats, nous devons les convertir en .xls.
    Or, certains dépassent le nombre de lignes maximum d'Excel (1 048 576 lignes), et nous ne pouvons pas accéder à l'ensemble des datas. Serait-il possible de scinder le fichier .csv en plusieurs fichiers de 1 048 576 lignes maximum, ou nous laisser la possibilité de faire plusieurs téléchargements qui nous permettraient d'exploiter l'ensemble des datas?

  16. time zone and date format

    my account has a preference to be in French. so for the stats on this page https://app.mailjet.com/stats I would like to see the date in French (today is 09/08/2022 not 08/09/2022) the time/date in the column in French as well and the time zone set accordingly for Paris.

    Merci de débugger la page de statistique presque inutilisable tellement elle bug !

    La console présente un message d'alerte dès le chargement de la page

    et dans la majorité des cas je dois m'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour exporter le CSV

  19. Statistics table and chart inconsistency

    I wanted to report a bug.
    See attached screenshot.
    On the chart all emails in a given hour are marked with correct statuses, while all emails on the list below are marked only as a queued.
    It's misleading. It actually leads to a type of feelling that as I user I don't know if the email was finally sent or not.
