  2. Enable Automation for User Provisioning

    It will be much easier for admins to manage users in corporate accounts if Mailjet will have a feature of system cross identity management (SCIM) or user functions through API.

    The addition or creating new users has a lot of manual process.

  4. It was very difficult to sign in to your feedback site. I had to use the "forgot password" to "reset" my password. But I never had a password for the site, and had not forgotten my password.

    Apparently, the feedback site is its own site requiring one to create an account separately from your Mailjet account. That was not clear anywhere. If the feedback site said "you must create an account separate from your Mailjet account to access this site" then that would not be ideal, but would have prevented hours and days of frustration.

  6. Pouvoir effacer complètement une camapagne : aujourd'hui, on peut effacer une camapagne, mais la version en ligne de celle-ci est encore accessible, sans limite de temps ! Il y a une parade, mais elle nécessite de passer par l'API et surtout de connaître l'ID de la camapagne concernée... or cette info disparait avec le temps dans Mailjet.

  13. Today when you share your account with coloaborator, you need to select the sub API key to share. You dont have option to share all accounts. The button to share all only share current existing API keys. Not the one created after.

Even in instances when a shared-access user is the one creating/sending/scheduling an email they do not receive the A/B testing results email which is particularly problematic when the A/B winner is being chosen manually. Because only the account owner receives the email it is their responsibility to choose the winner or further remind the shared-access user that a winner needs to be selected.

    Possible solutions to this problem:
    - The email goes to (or goes to in addition to the owner) the user that scheduled the A/B test.

    Would be good to be able to view a list of recipients for example, that have had a bounced say 10 times or more or to be able to filter criteria. Would also be very useful to have more info on the error logs. You tell us to remove bounces but we need more info to make that call.

    Par exemple, 200 emails envoyés par heures, afin de pouvoir lisser correctement les envois, et ne pas etre considéré comme spammeur lors de gros envoi (20000 mails en une seule fois)

  17. It is a nightmare to be forced to reset api secret key every time we want to view it. It prompts us to stock the key on a excel sheet to be able to add it on new services ( since we cannot have multiple keys on a sub account for the moment). Why dont you allow to see the secret key after a double authentification for instance ? This would be totally safe and we wouldn't have ti reset it every time and change all ours services.

  19. Create a subscribe form for multiple lists.

    I would like to let my subscribers select what lists to subscribe to.

    It might be:
    - Electronic
    - Decoration
    - Child clothes
    - Games etc...
    All these options could be a separate contact property of true/false.

    But to be able to select one or many you must be able to add checkboxes to the form builder
    The current radiobutton doesn't allow you to select more than one, because that's how radiobuttons work...

  20. Would like to see an image and file library available to the email editor. Quoting one of our end users:

    Images, have the images store in the system so I don’t have to go and dig through to reupload them…

    They also have a similar concern/request for PDF files. They would like to...

    Upload PDF files to email with the emailer.

    I don't think they're looking to include PDF attachments, but instead looking to story the PDFs within the Mailjet system for easy reference, rather than uploading the PDFs to an external location and then linking to that external location.
