Obvious, near to one-liner solutions:
* Extend the cookie expiration time to prevent frequent logouts, perhaps setting it for a year or more.
* Eliminate the use of captcha altogether.
* Or replace the current captcha with a simpler option, such as the one offered by Cloudflare. -

As a product owner, I host hundreds of dashboard users who are supposed to use the SSO login from you. Many users complain about the captcha, others use user and password because the SSO link on the login page is far too small and is always overlooked.
More critical is the fact that the IP address is blacklisted on several attempts, a fiasco especially for companies where users have the same IP address, because they sometimes lock each other out.
Of course we understand the security-critical aspect of the login page for Mailjet, but there should be ways to realize both security and user experience in a meaningful way. -

I just logged 38 clicks of the mouse to log in this morning. It's terrible. What a horrible start to a work session. The worst part is, it's probably going to ask me again later, when I've been inactive for a while. 2FA, and when 2FA is on, remove google's privacy invasive, tedious captcha system please.

I agree, sometimes I have to hard refresh before the CAPTCHA verifies and log me in the MailJet service.

I am absolutely over the capture images. Sometimes I have to fill them in for or five times. It totally disenfranchises me and I just don't even want to use your system with that level of drama to get into it.

Your security sign-on process is out of control in my opinion.
I'm asked to re login at least 5 times a day, normally with at least 1 capcha image challenges and often two.
All this and I have dual layer authentication.
Please smooth and simplify the login experience for long time users like me who are paying the new increased subscription rate. It is over the top and not user friendly.
