An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedOh my goodness, this is another 4 year old request, or a critical feature, that has not been addressed. Is mailjet still active and developing?

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedAgree, I am new to mailjet, and finding so many basic features missing. This one is just a given, you should be able to fix an email address for a customer, rather than re-subscribe them completely. It would start their marketing again, from the start. Not acceptable.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedI am new to mailjet and devestated to read this is a thing. I am thinking of cancelling. I can't fathom duplicating my marketing say 9 times, to send to my 9 lists. What are they thinking? I can also see this is a 4.5 year old request nearly. I have a feeling mailjet development has stalled based on reading other feature requests also. It might be time to reconsider our choice, and look for another platform. Can Mailjet please respond, and let us know if anything is going to happen here, or not?

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedI just logged 38 clicks of the mouse to log in this morning. It's terrible. What a horrible start to a work session. The worst part is, it's probably going to ask me again later, when I've been inactive for a while. 2FA, and when 2FA is on, remove google's privacy invasive, tedious captcha system please.
An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedI am absolutely over the capture images. Sometimes I have to fill them in for or five times. It totally disenfranchises me and I just don't even want to use your system with that level of drama to get into it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedMany of your menu items and buttons can be controlled via shortcut keys, when using the tab key, etc. This is great because accessibility software can utilize these and automate a lot of tasks for those with accessibility issues.
However, your submenus have no ability to control with the keyboard, breaking any accessibility capabilities.
It is a very small change for mail jet to change their dropdown menus to make them usable, to accessibility screen readers and similar projects.
The main menu works and works beautifully with accessibility tools.
However your smaller menus for things like removing somebody from a mailing list or deleting them, do not work at all.
I have seen there are some other accessibility requests here, but it's been two years and no movement at all, which is quite concerning.
Please see attached screenshot for a specific example of where mail jet fails people that require accessibility tools.
An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedI have to say it's incredibly disheartening that this request is nearly two years old and there has not even been a comment or any movement on this. We have team members that require accessibility tools, and mal jet is lacking.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Starr commentedThis is a feature that my previous marketing system had, and the contacts did not count to my contact count because they were unsubscribed, but it allowed the system to ensure that they did not receive inappropriate messages in the future. I completely agree wit this feature request

I can see Mailjet responded nearly 3 years ago on this, but it's still happening. Is development still ongoing at mailjet?
