Could you add how many times an email was opened?
We are coming from Acymailing and they have a stat for how many times an email was opened. Is is possible for Mailjet to do that one day? I've attached an example.
Under "Opened", it shows how many times they opened the email.
We really found this feature useful.Thanks

fix analytics
The click-stats in the campaigns module (i.e. when sending newsletters) has absolutely nothing to do with reality...Its embarrasing and you should fix the issues.

Ajouter l'ID du template dans les exports statistiques
Serait il possible d'ajouter dans les statistiques l'ID du template email utilisé pour l'envoi ? Nous cherchons en effet à faire des stats d'ouverture et de clics selon nos templates et les exports actuels ne proposent que l'objet de l'email. Or nous avons plusieurs templates avec le même objet.

Track analytics for emails sent outside of Mailjet's system
Most of my company emails are sent through Mailjet, but a few of our automated processes are not compatible with Mailjet's API. As a result, we're required to send a small portion of our transactional emails through external sources.
I think it would be really useful to have a feature that tracks analytics for emails sent outside of Mailjet's system (similar to Google's Tracking Pixel) so you could gather insights on email performance even when sent via external platforms. This would be really helpful for maintaining consistency in analytics and reporting.

In regard to Apple Privacy Policy matter, is there any news about how Mailjet would address this challenge?. I've noticed how other email marketing tools are upgrading their events webhook with extra information, so it can be possible to identify suspicious openings triggered by Apple MPP activity.

Taux de clics incohérents/Botclics
Nous avons régulièrement des campagnes pour lesquels le taux de clics dépasse les 100%, généralement associées à un nombre d'import de clics à 00:00'00" ou sans information horaire.
Il nous a été indiqué que cela correspondait à des campagnes de vérifications gmail et/ou à des outils anti-spam et/ou à des clics faits automatiquement par des robots.
Nous pouvons l'entendre et nous savons que les autres routeurs d'emails rencontrent des problèmes similaires, mais les statistiques sont alors inexploitables au niveau du BO mailjet et cela fait de nombreux mois que nous l'avons signalé.
Avez-vous pu avancer sur le sujet, pour tracer…

Make sender IDs available in UI
Currently, the only way to obtain the sender ID is via API. It would be beneficial to have this value displayed in the UI, on the Sender's page.

Stats area should include how many new subscribers in the last day/week/month and compare to averages and previous period etc
It would be really nice to be able to sort Contacts by their sign up date field, in reverse chronological order, within the dashboard. That way we can see all the new sign ups without having to export the entire list and sort in Excel.

It would be very helpful to have a file report of all actions performed by all contacts on all campaigns. format like
contact email; campaign title; action (delivered/ open/ clicked...); date and timeWe can have this info in the UI through the Contact menu, then selecting a contact, then selecting a campaign, which leads to the attached UI. But there is not possibility to get a full extract of the data, which is in the mailjet database however

email tracking and search options in statistics
Hi, Could you improve email tracking dashboard ? It's really hard to find if a diven email has really been sent, delivered, open. If you could add earch per sender, per contact, per subject etc. Also when I select a period in "statistics", it always resets to a random date in July. Thanks in advance !

Remove bot and security opens and clicks
Any clicks and open events are registered in statistics, even if they were performed by bots or security systems. Currently you don't offer an option to differentiate those clicks/opens. So basically, the campaign metrics are nearly worthless without this knowledge, as we truly do not know who really opened and clicked. We have been doing follow ups the clicks and getting people telling us that they never opened and clicked on the email. Very frustrating. I highly recommend you fix this or I will need to move to another provider who does.

Download extra fields
Hi,
Mailjet allows you to upload extra fields in records, but does not allow you to download this information. We need other fields such as donor number to be able to more easily identify the record on our database for updating. Please add an option to allow this.3 votes
