  2. It would be great if you could set up a login system whereby one email could be used to log into multiple accounts.

    Eg. instead of using an email address you rather have a User ID.

    Why you might ask?

    I do newsletters for various customers and currently, they cannot add me as a user because my email address is already linked to an account. So they rather send me their user login for me to use. Meaning we are both logged in under one user, making it difficult to see who did what.

  5. Ability to determine a limit of emails to be send per sub-accounts per calendar year or month or week. i.e An account has a 1M yearly volume but can assign a limit of 100k for sub-account A, 200k for sub-account B, etc...Basically breaking down the allowance per sub-account.

  9. Hace poco tuvimos un bloqueo temporal de correo por el cual perdimos algún contrato. El problema es que los correos no son rebotados y no supimos que la cuenta estaba bloqueada hasta que entramos al panel de mailjet. Os pedimos que si realizar dicha acción mandéis un correo avisando para así poder entrar en el panel y saber que pasa. También sería adecuado para agilizar los tiempos que mandarais en porque ha sido bloqueado para poder aportar pruebas o poder tomar cualquier medida que nos sea necesaria.

    I was under the impression that if I upgraded to the Essential Premium Plan, the Mailjet logo would no longer be included in my emails, yet, there it is. Not to mention that the pricing isn't accurate, I paid $24.90 instead of $15.

    Pour les agences qui utilisent plusieurs comptes (un par client) il serait judicieux dans vos mails trasactionnels de rajouter le site internet du compte en référence l'adresse mail n'est pas suffisante. JE ne sais jamais de quel compte vous me parlez que ce soit pour les factures ou pour un problème technique.

    Für nachgelagerte Marketingaktionen wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn man sich eine Benachrichtung/Email zusenden lassen kann, wenn es einen neuen Abonennten in einer Kontaktliste gibt. Aktuell bin ich darauf angewiesen mit täglich einzuloggen und zu schauen, ob sie jemand neues registriert hat. Bitte prüfen sie diesen Vorschlag udn geben sie mir Rückmeldung, ob sie in diesen in das Backlog ihrere Produktentwicklung übernehmen werden. In der Tat ist das in Zukunft ein sehr wichtiges Feature für uns, was auch entscheidend dafür wird, ob wir weiterhin bei Mailjet bleiben.

    Il arrive que nous mêmes, avec l'une des adresse "sender" de nos mails, déclarions notre propre email comme spam.
    Notre adresse sender est ensuite bloquée et cela perturbe gravement notre fonctionnement.
    SERAIT IL POSSIBLE DE LUI DEMANDER CONFIRMATION QUE LORSQU'UNE ADRESSE SENDER DÉCLARE SON MAIL COMME SPAM ?
    Notez que nous avons plusieurs adresses sender, sur 2 domaines différents, mais qu'elles sont toutes reliées à des salariés de la même organisation qui dispose de 2 sites internet.

  19. Mailjet ist so gnadenlos SCHLECHT geworden!

    a) Irgendwie ist eine super-dämliche Rechtschreibkorrektur eingebaut, die einem das Arbeiten unmöglich macht, den Cursor immer wild in irgendwelche Himmelsrichtungen springen lässt und damit nur Fehler einbaut, die man dann viel zu spät erkennt.
    b) Der Korrekturzeitaufwand ist dadurch massiv.
    c) Die letzte Zahlung wurde nicht eingelöst, obwohl alles normal war und auf dem Konto mehr als genug Deckung vorhanden war. Jetzt ist einfach mal das Nutzerkonto gesperrt. Hervorragend!
    d) Und dies alles bei gestiegenen Kosten von 18 auf 23€, also um 30%. Nicht schlecht.
    e) Wenn man die Kontakte exportieren will, wird jedes…

    Please use the reCAPTCHA v3 which is much less intrusive for users . I connect several times a day, every day, and it's really unpleasant to have to indicate where are the crosswalks, bikes, cars and so on... and yet this feature has been implemented only a few days ago if I'm not mistaken!
