    Please use the reCAPTCHA v3 which is much less intrusive for users . I connect several times a day, every day, and it's really unpleasant to have to indicate where are the crosswalks, bikes, cars and so on... and yet this feature has been implemented only a few days ago if I'm not mistaken!

  4. The default language of the master account is impacting all subaccounts and all shared accesses as there is no setting per shared access for the default language.
    Same to the timezone.

    It is really hard to describe to a shared access user from france why their account is forced to use english as this is the default for the master account and there is no user config possible.

  5. It is currently possible in Mailjet to activate or deactivate open and click tracking. However, the activation or deactivation of the tracking is applied for the whole account and all its subaccounts.

    I would like the ability to activate tracking on some subaccounts and deactivate it on others.

  7. If someone has been shared access with the role Manager, they should be able to further share access to other users.

    In other words not only the admin of the account should be able to shared access.

  11. Ability to determine a limit of emails to be send per sub-accounts per calendar year or month or week. i.e An account has a 1M yearly volume but can assign a limit of 100k for sub-account A, 200k for sub-account B, etc...Basically breaking down the allowance per sub-account.

  13. it would be fantastic to limit the amount of email a domain can send even how many emails a day or month can an address send, that will allow us to limit our problematic users those who send email chains etc.

  16. At the moment, subscribed users can only unsubscribe.
    I would like users to be able to edit their details, such as name and email address or other custom fields.

    A widget to do this would be perfect.

    This functionality is available in competing services.

  17. Hello, I am consistently being logged out of the MailJet platform after what seems to be only 20-30 minutes. This has been consistent for me since I started using MailJet, and is particularly frustrating. I'm not sure what causes this automatic log-out, but it would be very convenient if we had some control or options regarding this.

  20. Currenty there is no different user registration process for SSO users, we have to invite, user has to click on activation link and set a password, although for SSO Login the password is never needed.
    I recommend to change the SSO User process. We should be able to invite as "SSO User", it is OK if the user has still to activate their user, but without the need to set a password.
