  1. It would be interesting to be able to create more than 10 sub-accounts associated to a Premium main account. Case : organizations with múltiple services each one with its own sub-account and about 15.000-50.000 emails /month (corresponding to Premium account)

  3. I would like to be able to receive alerts (via email or SMS) when I am approaching a threshold of number of emails sent from my account. This could help catch runaway processes or abuse.

  8. Currenlty only Mailjet Support can set ReturnPath. We have hundreds of subaccounts and Mailjet involement is needed for the return Path Setting.
    In order to reduce effort on Mailjet side and also to help us in managing our own subaccounts better, it would be helpful that the Master-Account user is able to do the reurn path setting. If adding this to the frontend takes to much time, it would be enough as a first step, just to have an API for setting the returnpath.

  9. As a user I want to see feedback after clicking a validation email link so that I know if my sender address was validated or that I need to undertake an action.

    In my case:

    I added a sender to a SUB API KEY. I got the validation mail and then clicked it. It took me to the "account -> senders & domains" page (OF MY MASTER ACCOUNT) but didn't give me any feedback.

    My assumption is that the activation succeeded. Then when I try to send an e-mail using the new sender, I've got another mail from Mailjet saying…

  15. Today when you share your account with coloaborator, you need to select the sub API key to share. You dont have option to share all accounts. The button to share all only share current existing API keys. Not the one created after.

  18. The billing currency is decided upon account creation, after it's set it is unable to be altered. It might be a good idea to let the Mailjet customers have the option of at least two currencies, US$ and Euros, so that they can opt for one or another even after the account is set up, without having to delete an account and re-create one. Thanks!

  20. It is currently not possible to access account and billing information via API. This would be useful in cases where we (users) do not typically utilize Mailjet through the web interface, but via API.
