1. Compte partagé et accès différencié aux modèles

   Je souhaite que avec lequel je partage mon compte n'aient accès qu'a certains modèles d'e-mail partagés et pas à l'intégralité. Pareil pour les listes de contact.
   Pour plus de clareté disons que j'ai des modèles d'e-mail nommé A, B et C

3. Can-Spam-Act

   CAN-SPAM, a direct response of the growing number of complaints over spam e-mails,[7] defines a "commercial electronic mail message" as "any electronic mail message the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service (including content on an Internet website operated for a commercial purpose)." It exempts "transactional or relationship messages." The FTC issued final rules[8] (16 CFR 316) clarifying the phrase "primary purpose" on December 16, 2004. Previous state laws had used bulk (a number threshold), content (commercial), or unsolicited to define spam. The explicit restriction of the law to commercial e-mails is widely considered by those in the industry[9][10] to essentially exempt purely political and religious e-mail from its specific requirements. Such non-commercial messages also have stronger First Amendment protection, as shown in Jaynes v. Commonwealth.[11]

   Congress determined that the US government was showing an increased interest in the regulation of commercial electronic mail nationally, that those who send commercial e-mails should not mislead recipients over the source or content of them, and that all recipients of such emails have a right to decline them.[7] However, CAN-SPAM does not ban spam emailing outright, but imposes laws on using deceptive marketing methods through headings that are "materially false or misleading". In addition there are conditions that email marketers must meet in terms of their format, their content, and labeling.[7] The three basic types of compliance defined in the CAN-SPAM Act—unsubscribe, content, and sending behavior — are as follows:

   Unsubscribe compliance
   A visible and operable unsubscribe mechanism is present in all emails.
   Consumer opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.[12]
   Opt-out lists also known as suppression lists are used only for compliance purposes.
   Content compliance
   Accurate "From" lines[13]
   Relevant subject lines (relative to offer in body content and not deceptive)[13]
   A legitimate physical address of the publisher or advertiser is present. PO Box addresses are acceptable in compliance with 16 CFR 316.2 and if the email is sent by a third party, the legitimate physical address of the entity, whose products or services are promoted through the email should be visible.
   A label is present if the content is adult.
   Sending behavior compliance
   A message cannot be sent without an unsubscribe option.
   A message cannot contain a false header
   A message should contain at least one sentence.[14]
   A message cannot be null.[14]
   Unsubscribe option should be below the message.[15]
   There are no restrictions against a company emailing its existing customers or anyone who has inquired about its products or services, even if these individuals have not given permission, as these messages are classified as "relationship" messages under CAN-SPAM.[16] But when sending unsolicited commercial emails, it must be stated that the email is an advertisement or a marketing solicitation. Note that recipients who have signed up to receive commercial messages from you are exempt from this rule.

   If a user opts out, a sender has ten days to cease sending and can use that email address only for compliance purposes. The legislation also prohibits the sale or other transfer of an e-mail address after an opt-out request. The law also requires that the unsubscribe mechanism must be able to process opt-out requests for at least 30 days after the transmission of the original message.[17]

   My interpretation of the CAN_SPAM ACT, correct me if I'm wrong, states that it is permissible to send unsolicitated messages as long as you are in compliance as referenced above. IF they can opt-out, I send only legal material,and nothing I send is misleading, I should be able to send bulk emails. I don't understand why your policies are so restrictive, but under the circumstances, I can, and will, only use your service when and if I get a list of opted in subscribers by some other means. Also, before having someone go through all of the trouble to create an email that is just about to be sent out THEN producing the, "I CERTIFY" Pledge, could have saved at least an hour of my time had I known that beforehand.

4. Reviewing Time Zones to have Standard List

   For whatever reason, the Account time zones has no GMT +2 times for Europe. There are several EET countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania and Lithuania.

   Feels very weird to be sending messages from Helsinki, Finland, and selecting the current time zone of Beirut, Gaza, Cairo, Jerusalem, Syria or Harare.

   Typically time zones come in a standard list, which lists Helsinki-- but the one now in use is some non-standard list. There might be some other anomalies as well, so might be worth just using some other standard list.

11. The ability to add in accessibility structure to unsubscribe areas

    1. Currently, the email unsubscribe page does not contain a heading or any page landmarks, or any way to add those.
    2. There is also insufficient colour contrast on the buttons on the page. There seems to be no way for us to address these ourselves. This means that the service fails the latest WCAG requirements for screenreaders for issue 1 and for users with vision issues. for issue 2 - essential for sites in the public service sites.

    We have several accounts for different projects, but now we'd like to merge all of them just into one account. We can't do it because we can't transfer the data from the account. It would be great and useful if we could use these accounts already created to create new subaccounts in the main account. Thanks!

14. Access/audit log for API keys

    Recently we had the case that someone went into a sub-account and reset the secret for an API key in order to get access to it in order to update some of the templates via the API. This same API key is used for our production processing.
    As only 1 API key can be kept per sub-account at the moment, there is also no work around except sharing the key. In our case this was done but the person lost it/deleted it somehow and didn't really think about the implications of resetting the secret. This caused our production API key to be invalidated and the IP to be blocked for accessing the API too often without valid credentials.
    The debugging of this issue was rather difficult, as we only noticed the IP block but did not spot the initial errors. Having an audit log next to the API keys which had shown "Secret was reset" by XY with a timestamp would helped us resolve the issue much more quickly.

    In combination with potentially having multiple keys per sub account at some point it might also be good to include things like "New key was created by ..." in a more global log per sub account.

16. Blacklist setting for recipient domains per subaccount

    On subaccount Level there should be the possibility to a set recipient domain to a blacklist with the consequence that every triggered email to the recipient domain will be blocked, similar when trying to tiggere emails to gmail.de which will got immediately blocked.

    Utilisatrice de votre outil depuis de nombreuses années, et forcée de suive les augmentations, je déplore d'avoir perdu "mes sections sauvegardées, toujours visibles dans "mes modèles", mais devenues depuis peu inutilisables à poins de passer à la formule 85 euros par an, et je n'ai pas besoin ni du volume pour ce prix maximum, ni des autres fonctionnalités. Pourquoi ne pas le proposer seul, ou le laisser dans la formule où je suis ? à 14 euros ? Au pire j'aurais pu accepter 23 euros, mais il n'y a même pas les sections sauvegardées dans la formule juste au dessus. Je crois que je vais m'intéresser de plus près aux offres qui maintenant sont nombreuses sur le marché pour comparer fonctionnalités et prix. Et c'est bien dommage.

18. Alert of non-validated sender address to include Apikey Name

    I want to see the name of the subaccount that used a non-validated sender address. As of now, the mail that is received in such cases only holds the API Key, but not the name of the key. So if you don't know the apikeys themself you are not able to identify which account is having a problem.

19. Suivi des clics à l’aide des tags de conversion par sous-compte

    La fonctionnalité de suivi des clics à l'aide des tags de conversion pour les campagnes marketing est inexploitable pour nous dans son état actuel.

    => On ne peut activer cette fonctionnalité qu'à partir du compte principal et cela s'applique en cascade sur l'intégralité des sous-comptes dont nous disposons. Il faudrait que nous puissions l'activer pour certains sous-comptes uniquement et que nous puissions régler les couples clé/valeur indépendamment par sous-compte.

    => Nous souhaitons également pouvoir exclure certains domaines de cette fonctionnalité : Les liens de publicité présents sur l'un de nos sous-comptes intéressé par cette fonctionnalité ne peuvent pas fonctionner s'ils sont modifiés et présentent des UTM en plus. Nous avons besoin que les UTM s'ajoutent partout dans les emails marketing de ce sous-comptes, sauf sur les liens vers 2 domaines bien identifiés.

    => We can only activate this feature from the main account and this applies in cascade to all the sub-accounts we have. We should be able to activate it for certain sub-accounts only and we should be able to set the key/value pairs independently by sub-account.

    => We also want to be able to exclude certain domains from this feature: The advertising links present on one of our sub-accounts interested in this feature cannot work if they are modified and present additional UTMs. We need UTMs to be added everywhere in the marketing emails of this sub-account, except on the links to 2 well-identified domains.

20. Recherche dans la liste des accès partagés

    Retrouver les droits d'une personne en particulier est très difficile :
    - Les entrées ne sont ordonnées de manière intelligibles : il existe un tri alphabétique page par page, mais pas sur l'ensemble complet des utilisateurs.
    - Il est impossible d'ordonner
    - Il est impossible de rechercher par adresse email

    Nous avons une demande de correction :
    - Faire en sorte que l'ordonnancement des résultats se fasse sur l'intégralité des résultats et non plus page par page, pour que ça redevienne exploitable.

    Vous avons plusieurs demandes d'amélioration :

    Ensure that the ordering of the results is done on the entirety of the results and no longer page by page, so that it becomes usable again.
    You have several enhancement requests:

    Have the possibility to order according to the email address or the name (= orderable column)
    Have a field to search by email address
