  1. Could you offer an online version for transactional templates? we have many issues with some email providers filtering our images and it doesn't make sense for us to send an email without them. So it would be cool if we could add a permanent link on top to make our users see the email properly.

  4. Please can you add a feature to Mailjet so that I can be emailed when someone subscribes to a list. Ideally with the contact details that they have attached to their record.

    Bizarrely Mailchimp offers this - I thought it would be a given switching to Mailjet that you guys would offer it.. Zapier gets halfway but it is clunky and doesn't pass all the contact info - only the email address, so it's a hassle to log in and get all the details, copy, paste it etc etc.

  5. Scale up the hard limit to 30 workflows.

    We have a campaign where people who fill our form will get our random email (1 of 30). Since there are no A/B testing available for workflow, I think the only way is to create different automation/templates and randomise by segmentation.

  6. It would be great to be able to trigger an automation when a property other than a string changes.
    eg. trigger the sending of an email when a date variable changes

  7. Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
    eg, if my user becomes "goldStatus = 1", I don't want to send an email right away but I prefer to wait 1 or 2 days.

  8. If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.

    New contact in the list = time X
    X + 1 day: message 1
    X + 3 days: Message 2
    X + 5 days: Message 3

    In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

    If you want to know how crappy the current system is, then imagine the following process:

  9. We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
    We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.
    And resume it after sometime

  10. We want to set an automation workflow that is triggered when the renewal date is in the next day. However the current options regarding a date property are only to trigger an automation workflow based on a specific date with the filters Is, Is before, Is after and Is between.

  11. Currently I have to duplicate all my transactional templates, 1 per language.

    I have about 10 emails, but with 4 languages each it makes 40 templates.
    If I want to change a photo, a text, or a link, I must change it in a lot of different places.

    The optimal situation would be a unique template with the ability to define 1 copy per language directly in the template editor, and to pass a 'language' parameter in the API to tell Mailjet which one to choose.

  13. When using workflows, the stats feature is fairly minimal. A few minor adds would be nice:
    - Add date ranges
    - Ability to view contacts that opened, clicked, etc.

  14. Right now, it is not possible to edit an automation workflow once it's started. The only workaround is to stop it and create a new one from this one.

    It would be very helpful to be able to edit active workflows to test different changes.

  15. It would be nice to be able to make a mail and relaunch the non openers in the same scenario. So to be able to filter the segment on each mail sent in the scenario.

  16. Hello, the RSS import functionality is very limited. I would like to be able to customize the import style to have automatically a custom button (color, rounding, text). To be able to automate the sending of email with an RSS feed that feeds itself at the time of sending. Moreover, why is the image of my feed not displayed, even though it is present on the feed (https://iris-creativite.com/blogiris/feed)?

  17. Create a work flow based on the user activity. For example:
    If a user receives an email and this user doesn't open it , he will receive a reminder email "A" but if he opens the email but he didn't click in it then he will receive a reminder email "B"

  18. In order to stop sending messages to a recipient who entered a workflow but completed the action driven by this workflow in the middle of it (for example a purchase), we need the ability unsubscribe recipients from workflows so that they don't keep receiving messages.
