  2. It would be useful to be able to use a workflow step to add/remove a contact from a list and/or segment. We have a business case where subscribers can move into another workflow while in the middle of another. That's not possible on this platform.

  3. Funktion für E-Mail Priorisierung. (Wie z.B. in Outlook. Wir möchten unsere Mahnung für Rechnungen automatisiert verschicken, wir haben festgestellt wenn wir diese auf Priorätiät Hoch in outlook stellen, das mehr leute darauf reagieren. Sowas wünchen wir uns auch in mailjet.)

    Function for e-mail prioritization. (Like in outlook for example. We would like to send our reminders for invoices automatically, we have noticed that when we set them to priority high in outlook, more people respond to them. We would like to have something like that in mailjet).

  5. Hi,
    Kindly make the Unsubscribe button such that it adds the user to the Exclusion List. Currently, it is only unsubscribing the user from the contact list used in that particular campaign. Contact lists are refreshed every month. Due to the issue of the user not being unsubscribed for all future emails, the GDPR rules are not being followed. This is a very pressing issue as Mailjet claims to be GDPR compliant and this poses an issue for its clients as well. Kindly do look into this at your earliest.

    Bonjour, votre éditeur de mail contient une fonctionnalité très utile, surtout dans les mails transactionnels : les "conditions d'affichage" des blocs (voir capture d'écran jointe).

  8. Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

  9. Enhance Automation Workflow: we need dynamic segments based on user behavior.

    Here is an example: we want to send a mailing to a contact list. Those users that clicked on links in the mailing should receive another mailing 7 days later (than the initial mailing, not the click date). User that DID NOT click on any links should NOT receive any further mailings.

  10. Workflows need to have ability to design in different parameters to trigger different follow-up emails. Example: Message 1 is sent, those who do not click get message 2, those that click get message 3, those who do not open get message 4. Those that do not click message 2 get message 5. that is a true workflow. Having only 1 trigger for an entire workflow does not work at all, even if the trigger fires for each subsequent email in the workflow.

  12. For automations, it would greatly improve workflows if: we could determine which actions from the contact targeted makes them leave the workflow. For example: once the contact clicks on a link or even opens the mail, they leave the workflow.

    Another idea, the workflow should have "If" actions. For example: if the contact opened the mail but hasn't clicked on any link, send mail n°2.

  14. Je pars de mon expérience personnelle avec Mailjet. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface, très intuitive par rapport aux autres solutions du marché. Les mails sont toujours arrivés, très vite, sans accrocs.

    MAIS

    Je travaille pour une petite entreprise, et nous avons besoin d'un mix entre emails transactionnels, et marketing automation (par ex., quand un utilisateur clique dans un mail il faut le changer de liste, utiliser des conditions après une certains durée en jours, etc).

    Nosotros trabajamos en una asesoría y seria fantástico poder programar correos recordatorios de repetición mensual. En nuestro caso, enviar todos los días 1 del mes recordatorio para que nos entreguen las facturas.

  17. Could you offer an online version for transactional templates? we have many issues with some email providers filtering our images and it doesn't make sense for us to send an email without them. So it would be cool if we could add a permanent link on top to make our users see the email properly.

  19. Reporting for Workflow Automations is extremely limited through the UI. If you want any reporting, it needs to come from API data integrations into another platform. Instead, create robust reporting within the Mailjet UI dashboard including Workflow Automation Funnels.

    the workflow feature is missing an option that, in my opinion, is really important.

    We manage contact properties using the API, that updates certain properties as a consequence of the user behavior on our platform.

    To make a little example: we may have a property named "membershiplevel" that can have the values "basic" and "premium". When a user subscribes to our platform, we call your API to create the contact and to set the "membershiplevel" property to "basic". Then, after the user completes some steps on the platform, we call the API again to change the proprerty…
