Administration of Shared Access Users
If someone has been shared access with the role Manager, they should be able to further share access to other users.
In other words not only the admin of the account should be able to shared access.

This allows us to have a backup owner so we're not locked out in case the primary owner is not available. For example if this person left the company

It shall be possible to delegate some permissions like SAML management to other admins. Today, only one person with Owner account can do it.
It's making it very complicated.

Right now, the account creator has the ownership of account and any new users can only be given shared access for account management.
This is a serious problem in bigger organizations where teams change and evolve. If the creator leaves the organizations without proper handover, it would be a serious problem. The Administrator role should have all capabilities as the account creator and should be able manage other users access, which can be either admin or a member.(Edited by admin) -

It's only the Owner / MAster account that are allowed to create subusers / APIkeys. Since we use a personal mail-address, we have to share this credentials if the admin is on leave etc.
Please make it possible to assign Owner to multiple users.
+ it's only the Owner that gets notifications.
