  1. The account settings UI is counterintuitive in this regard. The sender addresses section shows the comment 'Validate an individual addresses to track campaign statistics by sender address.', but it turns out that adding individual sender addresses is required to send any template. I expected to be able to enter a random sender address under one of my validated domains, but that is not possible. Allowing this would be my preferred solution of course, but I imagine that can be quite invasive, so please just clarify that an individual sender address is required instead.

  2. Our technical account manager informed us, that it is not possible to have custom login pages as the logn pages are global for every Mailjet customer and Mailjet is not interested to maintain custom login pages per customer.

    Especially for cases where global pages are in place and you are not interested to offer customization there is an easy way of at least cusotmizing the pages just by using some dedicated settings per customer. Example:

    • for us it would be already helpful to deactivate "Create new account" link
    • a very helful setting would be "show only SSO Login Link", not…

  3. I have guest access to multiple accounts. When I log in to https://app.mailjet.com, I am always forwarded to the same account (first one created?), which is now the least relevant to me.
    Please allow setting the default account when logging in.

  5. When a webhook is deactivated, there is no way to see this as an administrator. Only support is able to see this.
    Please make the status visible.

    Mail from support:
    "That information (webhook status) is provided by a back-end tool we have. However, I can definitely see how beneficial this would be to view via app. We have passed along your feedback to the appropriate channels."

  9. A subscriber's 'Last activity' timestamp is updated when the user:

    • opened a campaign or autoresponder
    • clicked a link in a campaign or autoresponder
    • subscribed to a list
    • unsubscribed from a list
    • bounced
    • marked as spam
    • confirmed a double opt-in subscription
    Subscribers are sorted by 'Last activity' in the list. Therefore, subscribers who did any of the above activity will float to the top of the subscriber list. You will also see changes in the 'Subscribers activity chart'.

  10. My misunderstanding was due to the lack of SMTP User / SMTP Password mentions
    until I guessed to take the APY keys for that

    A suggestion : put a remark in the SMTP only block. "Use APY keys for SMTP User / SMTP Password"
    Also, I was confused because the read-only fields of the SMTP only block appeared so grayed that I took them as placeholders (I use the dark mode)

  11. Remove the "Need some help" widget from every screen. It's redundant. Every time I open a new page it opens again - it should either be in the top toolbar or somewhere outside of the general production area.

  12. I would like the text in the yellow block when setting a custom track-host be more clear. Currently it is all one block, but bullet points to point out the different CNAMES needed for HTTPS and HTTP would be great. Similar to the below:

    To customize your track hostname, first you need to create a CNAME. In most environments, NAMEs are easy to create. Use a subdomain or host of your choosing (keep it short, ie: go, redir or r):
    • User.mailiet.com. for HTTP links
    • Uset.mailiet.com. for HTTPS links

  13. Translation issue, I'm using the dashboard in dutch, but on a lot of paces where hte Year should be displayed I see a %J

  15. Make MailJet accessible

    The current MailJet website is not usable by blind clients using screen reading software (such as JAWS, NVDA, or Apple VoiceOver) to navigate and interact with websites. My suggestion is that MailJet developers enhance this website to adhere to WCAG guidelines, a global accessibility standard for web development. Companies that do not provide accessible UIs risk legal action under the ADA (Netflix was one recent example). I’m a blind fiction writer, and without this enhancement, MailJet is completely unusable. You have already lost me as a customer. Don’t lose more. Fix this issue soon.

  17. Mailjet is the worst piece of software I needed to use in a long time. The loading times are horrible + I just deleted an email sequence because I was using something as a new template + I'm getting logged out all the time. You're very lucky that we don't have the dev capacity to switch to another tool right now, but as soon as we have a bit time we will 100% switch to XXXXX or any other tool. You are making the world a worse place with your software

  19. Please fix the captcha and that I get logged out every time. Please imagine you'd getting logged out of your iCloud account or Whatsapp everyday. Just because you're building for B2B doesn't mean you don't need to care about your users. I will definitely move to another mailing tool soon and won't recommend Mailjet to anyone.
