As a product owner, I host hundreds of dashboard users who are supposed to use the SSO login from you. Many users complain about the captcha, others use user and password because the SSO link on the login page is far too small and is always overlooked.
More critical is the fact that the IP address is blacklisted on several attempts, a fiasco especially for companies where users have the same IP address, because they sometimes lock each other out.
Of course we understand the security-critical aspect of the login page for Mailjet, but there should be ways to realize both security and user experience in a meaningful way.
