  1. At present there is no native functionality to assign specific domains to designated IPs.

Please implement the ability to assign domains to IPs. By linking domains to specific IP's, we can ensure that domain-specific traffic is routed through the appropriate IPs, improving both performance and compliance.

  2. When an email is automatically forwarded by an inbox rule this results in a soft bounce event because of an authentication failure.

ARC, or Authenticated Received Chain, is an email authentication protocol that addresses the limitations of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC when emails are forwarded or pass through intermediaries such as mailing lists or forwarding services.

At present, Mailjet does not support ARC signing. The platform fully supports SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, which cover the vast majority of delivery scenarios. However, ARC is a newer protocol, primarily designed to preserve authentication results when messages are forwarded or relayed through…

  3. I'd like to be able to view all the mailings rejected by MailJet because the sender has not been validated.
Today, we receive an email but it's not possible to have an interface that centralizes all the information (sender, recipient, subject). You have to go through a support ticket.

  4. After three days, I discovered that following massive mailings via the API (emails sent in one shot), our dedicated IP had been blacklisted by Microsoft (Hotmail, Live, etc.). After discovering the situation by chance and contacting email support, I was told that our IP had been blocked.
It would be essential that when a majority of emails on a domain are not working, for example due to a blocked IP address, your customer be notified immediately. This alerting system should probably be generalized as soon as abnormal behavior is detected, since you have the information on your end.

  5. When sending an email via API, be able to set a parameter to specify the urgency of the message (priority, queuing ID, etc.).

For example, this email should be delivered either urgently (password change email) or spread out over the day (informative email).

Sending an email immediately after receiving an API call causes problems for the recipients' hosts, which end up blocking the IP addresses. This is not good for us, for Maillet, for the hosts, or for our customers.

This could be handled on our end, but since we use an email delivery service, it would be helpful if…

  6. The new builder let you add existing templates, but then REQUIRES that the existing template is saved with another name. So 2 identical templates are present with different names. That is polluting the existing templates and adding unnecessary extra templates. It makes template management more difficult.

    1. Start listing failed sends due to spam black-lists as hard-bounces.

    2. Please improve you process for getting removed from black-lists. This is the current status for some of your IPs, please note that some IP's have been listed for a very long time:

  8. Can you please consider changing the config to NOT include the x-report-abuse-to header in the DKIM signature of e-mails that are sent through Mailjet?

E-mails that I receive from DHL and Vattenfall, arrive with a DKIM error because Mailjet signs on the x-report-abuse-to header, while this header is (justly) being replaced by a forwarding mailserver (I have a catch-all/forward on my domain).

Could you possibly change this, or encourage your customers (DHL and Vattenfall in particular) to change their config?

  10. Have a work around way of providing support when the ticketing system is not working like now.
Have a better way of handling pre-blocked e-mail accounts than writing a ticket (specially since the system sometimes fails like now).
A simple way, would be a manual override of blocked e-mails, that might be trigger over the web interface. This should not happen that offen, anyways.

  11. If you send email to an internal account which hasn't been set up yet, Mailjet decides that it is an attempt to send spam and "preblocks" the address for 90 days. This doesn't make sense for internal accounts.

For example, suppose I have a new employee named Susan and I add susan@mydomain.com to a mailing list, or I send her mail through a system that uses the Mailjet API (which is the case that happened to me). But, oops, the person setting up the email account hadn't set it up yet! Mailjet now "preblocks" her address for three months and,…

  12. Your DKIM copy-paste is incorrect!

    You gave:
    k=rsa; p=[REDACTED LONG NUMBER]

    It was missing the opener,

    v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=.....

So your own service would not validate it. Once I added the v=DIM1; it worked. Cost me an hour or so.

  14. If we want to use rounded buttons everywhere we are forced to use microsoft's VML in the conditional <!--[if mso]> tags.

The problem that the links in them are not replaced with the tracked links, as they are not an <a href="https://example.com> tag,
    but a <v:roundrect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" href="https://example.com">

It would be great if Mailjet supported replacing the href= inside VML tags as well as <a> tags

  15. Bonjour,
    Merci

Could you add the following functionality:

  17. Feature request : Possibility to set a larger email size limit for all or some subaccounts. Minimum 30 MB.

Background: Today, the maximum email size is 15 MB for the Mailjet service. This can be an issue for business critical services that uses the service to send for example scanned invoices to customers. A PDF containing images from a scanner can often be larger that the 15 MB limit.

I understand that email is not the right medium to send large files, but the 15 MB limit can be a dealbreaker for some customers.

Competitors like Sendgrid have a 30…

  18. In the Mailjet GUI it would be very useful to specify which domains a subaccount are allowed to send to. When developers are using test-systems, we need this functionality to minimize the risk that we send test-mail to "production customers".

= subaccount are only allowed to send mail to allowed domains.
