Rate limit sending Email for API 3.1
When sending an email via API, be able to set a parameter to specify the urgency of the message (priority, queuing ID, etc.).
For example, this email should be delivered either urgently (password change email) or spread out over the day (informative email).
Sending an email immediately after receiving an API call causes problems for the recipients' hosts, which end up blocking the IP addresses. This is not good for us, for Maillet, for the hosts, or for our customers.
This could be handled on our end, but since we use an email delivery service, it would be helpful if this process were ultimately handled by MailJet so that each of us as customers would not have to implement this solution.
