Not supporting 2048 DKIM keys is a real problem today.
This is particularly true of Microsoft hotmail addresses and other mail providers.
We have a large percentage (6%) of our mail that doesn't go through because it's "softbounced".
You have to do something and upgrade your platform, because our customers are really unhappy about not receiving their mail.
We can't tell them it's their fault for choosing hotmail as their provider, clearly the problem is on your side.
You need to comply with market standards, especially when it comes to security.
