  1. Make automation-flow trigger based on segments.

    Make it possible to start/trigger an automation flow based on a contact joining a segment. Right now it's only possible to start a welcome flow based on a contact joining a list or updating a contact property. We have a case where our contact properties are too complex to use as a automation trigger, but if we can do it on a segment level we could manage to target users more precisely.

  3. Scale up the hard limit to 30 workflows.

    We have a campaign where people who fill our form will get our random email (1 of 30). Since there are no A/B testing available for workflow, I think the only way is to create different automation/templates and randomise by segmentation.

  4. If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.

    New contact in the list = time X
    X + 1 day: message 1
    X + 3 days: Message 2
    X + 5 days: Message 3

    In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

    If you want to know how crappy the current system is, then imagine the following process:

  5. Right now, it is not possible to edit an automation workflow once it's started. The only workaround is to stop it and create a new one from this one.

    It would be very helpful to be able to edit active workflows to test different changes.

  6. It would be great to be able to trigger an automation when a property other than a string changes.
    eg. trigger the sending of an email when a date variable changes

  7. We would like to be able to trigger a workflow based on a date field in the contact's details. eg. each contact has a date field called 'twelveweeksprior to_leave'. On this date we want the workflow to begin.

    Currently the option is to 'Trigger the workflow when' 'twelveweeksprior to_leave' 'is' 'pick a date'.

    This would work if it could be 'Trigger the workflow when' 'twelveweeksprior to_leave' 'is' 'today's date' (similar to how it can be done in segmentation).

  8. Create a work flow based on the user activity. For example:
    If a user receives an email and this user doesn't open it , he will receive a reminder email "A" but if he opens the email but he didn't click in it then he will receive a reminder email "B"
