Sans doute serait-il également utile que l'espace insécable soit automatiquement inséré par la plateforme, comme c'est le cas dans les traitements de texte.
Je pense notamment aux guillemets et aux caractères de ponctuation comme le point, le point d'interrogation, etc.

I'm using MailJet for 2 days and noticed that missing organisation of files. Makes the work uncomfortable.
By the way, I also noticed that once included in the mail, the link isn't displayed in the work interface. No possibility to reuse the link elsewhere in an easy way when the uploaded files will be numerous.
Displaying in another tab a table with the filename, a comment entered by the user and the link (and possibly a thumbnail) could be helpful.
