We'd love to have this feature as well. Our current approach, which is the one recommended by support, is to open the mail in your mail manager or display it in a web browser, then print it as a PDF. This works fine, except that the PDF then contains a redundant "See online version" link in the header, and an unsubscribe link in the footer, with tokens in the URL, maybe allowing anyone who gets the PDF to unsubscribe the person who printed it… In short, it's not viable.
