Without this feature, it makes the current SSO feature almost an empty shell, because the SSO account creation is too long :
1. ADMIN Invite a new user (can be perform in bulk)
2. USER Accept invitation and fill the user creation form (including the choice of a useless password)
3. ADMIN Add manually the new user to the list of users allowed for SSO
4. USER Attempt her/his first SSO authentification (which will make her/him loose the ability to use the password just defined)
