Stop Killing Trees with your Multi-Page Invoices. My invoice is about $15.00USD per month. It arrives in an email as a PDF that prints on THREE PAGES. It bleeds over to the next page with bad breaks, bad formatting and no thought as to how a one page invoice should look. This is simple stuff for a $15.00 USD invoice ... Please send yourself an invoice and print it from the browser. Please get this to fit on ONE page.

It is NOT my printer or technology, it is your PDF. I run a software company and I know technology and we are also PDF experts here. This is a badly formatted invoice that kills trees.

    Address List Sortable Columns:
The address list has FIND, but not sortable columns. We use the Telerik grid control for our web stuff and it allows column sorting with ease. I recognize that you might not want to load full lists, but the Telerik grid (and other grid controls for the Web) offer virtual page loading, sortable columns, etc.
