    Similarly, we would like to have the option to delete subaccounts, including all data within that subaccount (contacts, campaigns, automation workflows, etc.). We would like to have this option in the interface and API.

    The main reason is compliance with privacy laws - we are required to delete personal data when a user leaves or no longer requires access.

  2. I seem to only see support tickets I have logged myself, although I am logged in as the Primary account.I would like see/update tickets log
