    Hello Joelle,
Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your feedback!
Yes, we absolutely have this in the works. We are actively working on bringing the Mailjet MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server directly to conversational AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude

We recently launched our open-source Mailjet MCP Server (https://github.com/mailgun/mailjet-mcp-server), which acts as a secure, read-only bridge between your Mailjet data and your AI assistant. This allows you to ask plain-language questions and instantly retrieve campaign performance, review deliverability factors, or look up contact statistics without having to dig through dashboards.

Currently, the Mailjet MCP Server is fully compatible with Claude Desktop and can be manually configured, but our ultimate goal is to make this experience completely seamless. We are working hard on our end to integrate this natively into ChatGPT and Claude so you can connect your Mailjet account and query your data effortlessly.

Thank you for your patience and for helping us shape the future of AI-powered email marketing! We'll keep you updated as these native extensions roll out.

    Best regards,
    David

    Hi Barnaby,
Thank you for your feature request! I'm excited to let you know that this functionality is available in our automation platform.

You can set up custom API triggers using our External events (Webhooks) feature. This allows your system to send a custom event (such as purchase_completed) directly to Mailjet via API. You can use this to either trigger a brand-new automation workflow for a contact or move a contact forward through an existing workflow.

You can find the complete guide including how to configure the Start and Event blocks in the builder and the exact POST request payload you'll need in our documentation here:
    Email Automation - External Events ( https://documentation.mailjet.com/hc/en-us/articles/35021196504219-Email-Automation#h_01KFAS88NGJQZXYVN1WFZRSYZA )

Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback as you set this up!

    Best regards,
    David

    Hi Nancy,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this 500 error has caused. I completely understand how running into an unhelpful error message with no clear next steps can leave you feeling stuck.

To provide a bit of context, a "500 Error" indicates an internal server issue on our end. Because the root cause is on our servers, there unfortunately aren't any troubleshooting steps you can take on your side to resolve it.

To help us investigate and fix the impasse you're running into, our Support team will need to take a look. Here is how you can reach them directly:

From your Dashboard: Click "Need help?" in the bottom-left corner, then select "Support center" from the menu to submit a ticket.

If you are having trouble logging in: You can go to the Mailjet login page, click on "Need help? Contact us," and fill out the web form.

When you submit your ticket, please include any relevant details, times, or screenshots of the error you encountered so our team can look into it right away.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are actively working to improve how we communicate these errors, and our support team is standing by to help get this resolved for you!

    Best regards,
    David

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for being a long-time valued user of Mailjet. We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

We're happy to hear that the free plan has been serving you well. We've listened to feedback like yours, and we're excited to share that we've recently launched a new Starter plan that directly addresses the daily sending limits you mentioned.

For 8 €/month, the Starter plan offers:

An increased limit of 8,000 emails per month.

No daily sending limit, which gives you the flexibility you're looking for.

Additional benefits including support for up to 2,000 contacts, Brand Kit, Online Support and more.

We believe this plan is the perfect solution for users like you who need a bit more flexibility on certain days without needing a high-volume plan.

Thank you again for your valuable input. It helps us to improve and better serve our community.

    Best regards,
    David

    Hi Simon,
    Thank you for reaching out.

FluentSMTP can directly be connected with any SMTP server. You can find our guide on how to get the details needed within our documentation ( https://documentation.mailjet.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043229473-How-can-I-configure-my-SMTP-parameters ).

To set this up, simply select the "Other SMTP" option within the FluentSMTP connection settings. You can then enter the Mailjet SMTP server (in-v3.mailjet.com), select your preferred port, and use your Mailjet API Key as the username and Secret Key as the password.

That being said, we completely understand the value of having a dedicated, out-of-the-box Mailjet connection within the plugin to make the setup process even smoother. I have logged this as a feature request and shared your feedback with our team so we can explore an official integration with FluentSMTP in the future.

If you run into any issues with the SMTP setup in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let us know!

    Best regards,
    David
