Our company also uses shared accounts (sub-accounts) as part of using MailJet. We recently noticed one of our shared users (a sub-account) did not receive the A/B testing emails. This is an issue since they are the ones generating and sending it, at the very least said sub-account should receive the A/B testing emails such as 'Take off! Email test complete’ or the ‘And the winner is…’ emails. It is actually embarrassing to a degree that they (the sub-account user) are not kept in the loop of their own A/B testing campaign but only we as the 'master' (owner) receive those emails. Please MailJet take a few comments from actual users and implement the above solutions to this issue.

For downstream marketing campaigns, it would be very helpful to be able to get a notification/email when there is a new subscriber ito a contact list. Currently our clients will have to keep checking the contact list to see who is newly added. This seems very inefficient as a simple email notification will alert our client each time a new contact is added to a contact list. Please strongly consider this functionality related to contacts being added to a contact list by the contact themselves (not by the MailJet subscriber).

    MailJet,

We can't believe there isn't the ability for subaccounts to have their own timezone like others have mentioned in this thread.

This is very critical to our business needs as we have clients across multiple time zones that are retaining/using our 'master' account's timezone because of this issue. This is already causing confusion for clients when they see a timestamp of 1, 2, 3+ hours off or different than their own time zone.

This has to change- please consider this a very, very urgent high priority!!
