A/B Testing Results Email Need to Work with Shared-Access Users
Even in instances when a shared-access user is the one creating/sending/scheduling an email they do not receive the A/B testing results email which is particularly problematic when the A/B winner is being chosen manually. Because only the account owner receives the email it is their responsibility to choose the winner or further remind the shared-access user that a winner needs to be selected.
Possible solutions to this problem:
- The email goes to (or goes to in addition to the owner) the user that scheduled the A/B test.
- When scheduling an A/B test manually you can specify a user to be emailed to choose the winner
- The settings screen allows users to be designated as receiving these types of notification emails

Our company also uses shared accounts (sub-accounts) as part of using MailJet. We recently noticed one of our shared users (a sub-account) did not receive the A/B testing emails. This is an issue since they are the ones generating and sending it, at the very least said sub-account should receive the A/B testing emails such as 'Take off! Email test complete’ or the ‘And the winner is…’ emails. It is actually embarrassing to a degree that they (the sub-account user) are not kept in the loop of their own A/B testing campaign but only we as the 'master' (owner) receive those emails. Please MailJet take a few comments from actual users and implement the above solutions to this issue.
