We have recently moved to Mailjet. This feature "Preview and export contacts matching a segment" is critical to our organisation.
To get around it I must continually export the whole audience to try to filter down. Very inefficient and time consumingNiamh Lyndon supported this idea ·

Agreed. We need to offer people who want to unsubscribe with options - not just a blanket 'Unsubscribe from All'
Our wish is that when we build our emails, we can assign a Categories to them, and that our recipients can chose what type of campaigns they want to opt in or out of.
Many of those on our database have communicated with us after they have unsubscribed - often years later - to say that they did not realise that they were unsubscribing from all comms. They thought that they were only unsubscribing from particular type of email they received eg. General newsletters, Fundraising Emails; but had actually wished to continue to receive other types e.g. events, reunions.
It also makes a good business case for Mailjet. More sends = more revenue
