wie ich über den Support erfahren habe, ist es derzeit nicht möglich, dass sich ein User direkt aus einer Automatisierungs-Kampagne auch von der zugrunde liegenden Kontaktliste abmeldet. Der Link [[WORKFLOW_EXIT_UNSUB_LINK_DE]] scheint nicht mehr verfügbar zu sein bzw. nicht mehr zu funktionieren.

Aktuell können sich User somit nur von dem Workflow einer Automatisierungs-Kampagne abmelden. Aus Datenschutzsicht müsste jedoch beides möglich sein: die Abmeldung vom Workflow und von den entsprechenden Kontaktlisten.

Kurzfristig werde ich Abmeldungen aus Workflows daher manuell tracken und die betroffenen User zusätzlich aus den jeweiligen Kontaktlisten austragen. Langfristig wäre es jedoch sehr hilfreich, wenn Mailjet hier eine automatische Abmeldung von Kontaktlisten ermöglicht – das manuell zu erledigen, ist keine nachhaltige Lösung.

as I learned from Support, it is currently not possible for a user to unsubscribe from the underlying contact list when opting out of an automation campaign. The link [[WORKFLOW_EXIT_UNSUB_LINK_DE]] no longer seems to be available.

At the moment, users can therefore only unsubscribe from the workflow of an automation campaign. However, from a data protection perspective, both options should be available: unsubscribing from the workflow and from the corresponding contact lists.

In the short term, I will manually track workflow opt-outs and also remove the affected users from the respective contact lists. In the long run, though, it would be very helpful if Mailjet enabled automatic unsubscribes from contact lists – doing this manually is not a sustainable solution.

Hi, we definitely need this feature. It would enable using Mailjet for our sales process
