Detailes on Soft Bounces and Blocks in Frontend
I want to get details like the smtp reply or the reason for the block within the frontend statistics

Es wäre eine äußerst sinnvolle Funktion, wenn es im Standard beim Versandprotokoll möglich bzw. in der Kontaktliste direkt gespeichert wäre, aus welchem Grund der HardBounce oder Block erfolgt ist. So könnten wir unsere Mitglieder auf falsche Emailadressen, Postfächer voll, SPAM Einstellungen hinweisen.

Show detailed reason for hard bounce/block in dispatch log/contact list
It would be an extremely useful function if the reason for the hard bounce or block could be saved directly in the standard dispatch log or in the contact list. This would allow us to inform our members of incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes and SPAM settings.

I don't understand why this doesn't already exist. It would also save Mailjet a lot of support effort.

I agree. It would be very helpful to see the raw SMTP reply codes from the recipient's mail server in case of a bounce in the web UI.

Or at least the block reasons could be in the export csv file
