Distinction between Marketing/Transactional Campaigns in Statistics
Hello MailJet,
As noted in my previous inquiries, our company has been using your service with useful results. The fact that we can send out marketing templates & automated transactional templates with one and the same system proves to be efficient and effective.
For the first time in our company’s history, we are trying to make sense of our marketing numbers and I’d like to mention couple of potential points of improvement for your service.
As mentioned earlier, we are running into some difficulties trying to extract the correct data. This is currently being worked on in other ticket(s) sent in by me. Although I must mention, that this issue is related to my previous questions in more ways than one. Perhaps it’s advisable to compare this issue with my previously submitted inquiries. The other issues I’m running into will be detailed below and in a next ticket.
MailJet has created a ‘Statistics’ environment to quickly view campaign-data within a given start & end-date. In our case, it would be favorable to be able to specify not only between which dates we want to see our best and worst performing days, but also which section (Marketing/Transactional) of our campaigns will show up in the statistics.
Currently, there is no option to differentiate between our ‘Marketing-campaigns’ and our ‘Transactional-campaigns’. In other words, all our marketing-data is thrown onto one giant heap, and the use of having a ‘Statistics’ page for easy data analysis per section is lost in its entirety.
For us - and perhaps for other MailJet customers - it's crucial to understand which data belongs to our 'Marketing-campaigns', as we put a lot of time and effort into fine-tuning these to our customers desires.
Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
Kind regards,
Jordy
