It has been a problem last few months: Please look at my attachment. At the main contact list screen everything seems to be ok, but when I try to select a list the programme does not recognize the Greek characters

We support most charset encodings. However, using UTF-8 in your emails is recommended for better compatibility.

This is a problem coming from the interface. Unfortunately, it is not a bug, we just do not have the Greek language as an option in the account settings:
https://app.mailjet.com/account/settings

We still do not support the language.
However, I suggest you go to https://app.mailjet.com/dashboard, click on the question mark in the toolbar at the top of the screen, and then choose "Give us feedback".
You can then send your suggestion directly to our product team for review.
