Increase template width

Would appreciate a way to increase max template width beyond 600px without needing to custom code this.

    The template approach is a big positive argument for MJ.
    Sometimes it is needed to include eg. tables inside or setup wider columns.

    The width setting should be configurable per template and not global on 600px.
