The ability to skip some emails in a workflow according to date of entry in the workflow.
Usecase : the emails in workflow indicate update to system. New recipients added to workflow do not need to receive previous emails (as it confuses them).
As of now, the timer feature enables the workflow to send a specific email after a certain date.
Ideally we would have a timer that prevents an emails from being sent after a certain date too.
