Segment by percentage of the list
Right now, we’re unable to create segments by splitting a list into smaller groups based on list size or percentage. Lists can currently be segmented by contact fields, but percentage-based segmentation does not appear to be available.
Ideally, Mailjet would support segmentation logic such as:
Split a list by percentage
Randomly include X% of contacts
Assign contacts to split groups, such as A/B/C/etc.
Automatically create complementary split segments, such as 50% / 50% or 10% / 90%
Once created, the split should be reusable and deterministic, so contacts do not move between groups unexpectedly after the segment is saved.
This would be very helpful for email operations and campaign management, especially for testing, phased sends, holdout groups, and controlled rollouts.
