  3. If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.

    New contact in the list = time X
    X + 1 day: message 1
    X + 3 days: Message 2
    X + 5 days: Message 3

    In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

  4. It would be nice to be able to make a mail and relaunch the non openers in the same scenario. So to be able to filter the segment on each mail sent in the scenario.

  5. Send the last or current newsletter as soon as they sign up for the mailing list. That way they don't have to wait a month or however long it takes til the next one comes out to see if that's what they want. They can also opt out if they are not serious.

  7. I'm unable to easily rearrange emails in a workflow. New emails can only be added at the END of the sequence. But if I want to add one at the beginning, or in the middle, I can't simply drag and drop it to rearrange the emails in the sequence. I have to edit EVERY SINGLE EMAIL in the sequence. This is highly inconvenient.

  8. It would be great if instead of just triggering an email in a workflow by delay or date, you could also trigger a particular email in a series depending on whether a specific link was clicked in the first email!

  9. Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

  10. Datenlöschkonzept - wie können die archivierten Kontaktdaten nach einem definierten Zeitraum automatisiert gelöscht werden? Wir verwenden nur das SMTP Mail Relay. Die e-mails und Kontakte sollen nach einem bestimmten Zeitraum automatisch gelöscht werden.

    Data deletion concept - how can the archived contact data be automatically deleted after a defined period of time? We only use the SMTP Mail Relay. The e-mails and contacts should be automatically deleted after a certain period of time.

  11. Could you offer an online version for transactional templates? we have many issues with some email providers filtering our images and it doesn't make sense for us to send an email without them. So it would be cool if we could add a permanent link on top to make our users see the email properly.

  12. Reporting for Workflow Automations is extremely limited through the UI. If you want any reporting, it needs to come from API data integrations into another platform. Instead, create robust reporting within the Mailjet UI dashboard including Workflow Automation Funnels.

  13. Allow workflows to be applied to a contact more than once and allow unsubscribe from api. e.g. Send a set of emails via a workflow with a specific call to action that may occur many times within our application. If the contact performs the action they can be unsubscribed from the workflow for that instance.

  15. Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
    eg, if my user becomes "goldStatus = 1", I don't want to send an email right away but I prefer to wait 1 or 2 days.

  16. Create a work flow based on the user activity. For example:
    If a user receives an email and this user doesn't open it , he will receive a reminder email "A" but if he opens the email but he didn't click in it then he will receive a reminder email "B"

  17. There was a very useful function, the preview in a new tab of the campaign, before i sent it. I could sent a link of the preview to my supervisor and get approval for the content. And the amazing is that I could do the changes and my supervisor could see them with a reload of the page - so i didn't have to send again and again the campaign for approval with TEST- before sending it to our list of recepients. From last week, this function stopped, I don't know why, and I am very sad. Can ypu put…

  18. I want to send myself an reminder e-mail 14 days before a clients birthday is. This would be a very handy feature in many cases.

    la liste des scénarios se met à jour, puis on est redirigé vers le scénario désactivé...

    1. je ne veux pas être redirigé vers lui
      mais rester sur l'index

    2. si cette redirection était faite exprès, pourquoi recharger la liste avant ???
