Add/Remove Subscribers from Lists/Segments
It would be useful to be able to use a workflow step to add/remove a contact from a list and/or segment. We have a business case where subscribers can move into another workflow while in the middle of another. That's not possible on this platform.

Get last newsletter on signup
Send the last or current newsletter as soon as they sign up for the mailing list. That way they don't have to wait a month or however long it takes til the next one comes out to see if that's what they want. They can also opt out if they are not serious.

Repeatable workflows with api unsubscribe
Allow workflows to be applied to a contact more than once and allow unsubscribe from api. e.g. Send a set of emails via a workflow with a specific call to action that may occur many times within our application. If the contact performs the action they can be unsubscribed from the workflow for that instance.

Day X at expiration
If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.
New contact in the list = time X
X + 1 day: message 1
X + 3 days: Message 2
X + 5 days: Message 3In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

Automation workflow to follow-up on non-openers
It would be nice to be able to make a mail and relaunch the non openers in the same scenario. So to be able to filter the segment on each mail sent in the scenario.

Should be able to drag and drop to rearrange emails in a workflow.
I'm unable to easily rearrange emails in a workflow. New emails can only be added at the END of the sequence. But if I want to add one at the beginning, or in the middle, I can't simply drag and drop it to rearrange the emails in the sequence. I have to edit EVERY SINGLE EMAIL in the sequence. This is highly inconvenient.

Workflow continues based on link click (or not click after delay)
It would be great if instead of just triggering an email in a workflow by delay or date, you could also trigger a particular email in a series depending on whether a specific link was clicked in the first email!

Switch language in transactional email
Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

online link to our email in transactionals
Could you offer an online version for transactional templates? we have many issues with some email providers filtering our images and it doesn't make sense for us to send an email without them. So it would be cool if we could add a permanent link on top to make our users see the email properly.

Create Email Funnel Reports for Workflow Automations
Reporting for Workflow Automations is extremely limited through the UI. If you want any reporting, it needs to come from API data integrations into another platform. Instead, create robust reporting within the Mailjet UI dashboard including Workflow Automation Funnels.

Allow the triggering of an automation after any property type change, not only strings
It would be great to be able to trigger an automation when a property other than a string changes.

Add delay on the first email in a workflow
Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
eg, if my user becomes "goldStatus = 1", I don't want to send an email right away but I prefer to wait 1 or 2 days.2 votes -

Make it possible to start/trigger an automation flow based on a contact joining a segment. Right now it's only possible to start a welcome flow based on a contact joining a list or updating a contact property. We have a case where our contact properties are too complex to use as a automation trigger, but if we can do it on a segment level we could manage to target users more precisely.

Add again the preview in a new tab of the campaign
There was a very useful function, the preview in a new tab of the campaign, before i sent it. I could sent a link of the preview to my supervisor and get approval for the content. And the amazing is that I could do the changes and my supervisor could see them with a reload of the page - so i didn't have to send again and again the campaign for approval with TEST- before sending it to our list of recepients. Send myself notifications with workflows
I want to send myself an reminder e-mail 14 days before a clients birthday is. This would be a very handy feature in many cases.
So i don't want the client to get an e-mail, just myself.
