  1. Right now, it is not possible to edit an automation workflow once it's started. The only workaround is to stop it and create a new one from this one.

    It would be very helpful to be able to edit active workflows to test different changes.

  2. We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
    We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.
    And resume it after sometime

  3. When using workflows, the stats feature is fairly minimal. A few minor adds would be nice:
    - Add date ranges
    - Ability to view contacts that opened, clicked, etc.

  4. We want to set an automation workflow that is triggered when the renewal date is in the next day. However the current options regarding a date property are only to trigger an automation workflow based on a specific date with the filters Is, Is before, Is after and Is between.

  5. In order to stop sending messages to a recipient who entered a workflow but completed the action driven by this workflow in the middle of it (for example a purchase), we need the ability unsubscribe recipients from workflows so that they don't keep receiving messages.

  6. Enhance Automation Workflow: we need dynamic segments based on user behavior.

    Here is an example: we want to send a mailing to a contact list. Those users that clicked on links in the mailing should receive another mailing 7 days later (than the initial mailing, not the click date). User that DID NOT click on any links should NOT receive any further mailings.

  7. For automations, it would greatly improve workflows if: we could determine which actions from the contact targeted makes them leave the workflow. For example: once the contact clicks on a link or even opens the mail, they leave the workflow.

    Another idea, the workflow should have "If" actions. For example: if the contact opened the mail but hasn't clicked on any link, send mail n°2.

  8. Je pars de mon expérience personnelle avec Mailjet. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface, très intuitive par rapport aux autres solutions du marché. Les mails sont toujours arrivés, très vite, sans accrocs.

    MAIS

    Je travaille pour une petite entreprise, et nous avons besoin d'un mix entre emails transactionnels, et marketing automation (par ex., quand un utilisateur clique dans un mail il faut le changer de liste, utiliser des conditions après une certains durée en jours, etc).

  9. Please can you add a feature to Mailjet so that I can be emailed when someone subscribes to a list. Ideally with the contact details that they have attached to their record.

    Bizarrely Mailchimp offers this - I thought it would be a given switching to Mailjet that you guys would offer it.. Zapier gets halfway but it is clunky and doesn't pass all the contact info - only the email address, so it's a hassle to log in and get all the details, copy, paste it etc etc.

  10. Scale up the hard limit to 30 workflows.

    We have a campaign where people who fill our form will get our random email (1 of 30). Since there are no A/B testing available for workflow, I think the only way is to create different automation/templates and randomise by segmentation.

  11. If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.

    New contact in the list = time X
    X + 1 day: message 1
    X + 3 days: Message 2
    X + 5 days: Message 3

    In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

  13. Currently I have to duplicate all my transactional templates, 1 per language.

    I have about 10 emails, but with 4 languages each it makes 40 templates.
    If I want to change a photo, a text, or a link, I must change it in a lot of different places.

    The optimal situation would be a unique template with the ability to define 1 copy per language directly in the template editor, and to pass a 'language' parameter in the API to tell Mailjet which one to choose.

  14. Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
    eg, if my user becomes "goldStatus = 1", I don't want to send an email right away but I prefer to wait 1 or 2 days.

  16. Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

  17. Workflows need to have ability to design in different parameters to trigger different follow-up emails. Example: Message 1 is sent, those who do not click get message 2, those that click get message 3, those who do not open get message 4. Those that do not click message 2 get message 5. that is a true workflow. Having only 1 trigger for an entire workflow does not work at all, even if the trigger fires for each subsequent email in the workflow.

    Nosotros trabajamos en una asesoría y seria fantástico poder programar correos recordatorios de repetición mensual. En nuestro caso, enviar todos los días 1 del mes recordatorio para que nos entreguen las facturas.

    We work in a consultancy and it would be great to be able to schedule monthly repetition email reminders. In our case, send a reminder every day 1 of the month so that they deliver the invoices to us
