More details on blocked emails
When emails are preblocked or spam preblocked, we don't know why, so it's not easy to improve or make changes.

Nous avons beaucoup de soucis avec nos clients qui se plaignent de ne pas recevoir de mails.
En effet beaucoup de mails sont "prébloqués" alors que les adresses mails sont correctes.
1- Il faudrait un meilleur retour sur l'API mailjet sur l'état "Prébloqué" car nous avons du mal à expliquer à nos clients la raison pour laquelle le mail n'est pas envoyé
2-Nous voudrions avoir la possibilité de ne pas être "pré bloqué". Nous possédons une adresse ip dédié. Il me semblerait donc très utile d'être autonome sur l'envoi de nos mails.
3-Pour débloqué nous même les mails "pré bloqué" via l'api mailjet

Pre-blocked mail management
Hello,
We have a lot of problems with our customers complaining about not receiving mail.
In fact, many e-mails are "pre-blocked" even though the e-mail addresses are correct.
1- We need better feedback from the mailjet API on the "Preblocked" status, as we find it difficult to explain to our customers why the mail is not being sent.
2-We'd like to have the option of not being "pre-blocked". We have a dedicated ip address. I think it would be very useful to be autonomous in sending our e-mails.
3-To unblock "pre-blocked" mails ourselves via the mailjet api

I agree, it seems this information is available if you got to All Contacts, then search for the contact who had the blocked email, then click on that contact, then click on the blocked email. But this is a long trip to take, would be nice if this was easily accessible from the main view.
