Send Automation Emails Based on Contact Timezone
Hello Mailjet Team,
I would like to request a feature that allows automation emails to be sent based on each contact’s timezone instead of only the account timezone.
For example, I schedule Email A to be sent at 09:00 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
If I have the following contacts:
- Contact A in GMT+3
- Contact B in GMT+4
- Contact C with no timezone value
The expected behavior would be:
- Contact A receives the email at 09:00 (GMT+3) => 05:00 UTC
- Contact B receives the email at 09:00 (GMT+4) => 06:00 UTC
- Contact C receives the email at 09:00 based on the default timezone. Assume the default time zone is GMT+7
This ensures that every contact receives the email at the correct local time, while still maintaining a fallback for contacts without timezone data.
