  4. Es wäre schön, wenn sich Fehlermeldungen nicht auf ein »Ups, da ist was schiefgegangen« beschränken würden, sondern etwas ausführlicher darstellen würden, was schiefgegangen ist und wie dem abgeholfen werden kann.

    It would be nice if error messages weren't limited to "Oops, something went wrong," but went into more detail about what went wrong and how to fix it.

Bonjour, nous rencontrons depuis le mois de janvier 2022 un souci au niveau du tracking des top 10 des liens cliqués, on avait signalé un bug dans un ticket mais on nous demande de faire un contournement de l'API (cf. Capture d'écran en PJ), alors qu'on a payé pour un produit pour qu'il soit complet et qui est censé fonctionner correctement sans aucune intervention technique de notre côté. Ce module est assez crucial pour notre activité, afin de suivre et mesurer la performance de nos campagnes.

  10. We a normal user posts a Ticket and and receive and answer from Mailjet support team, only the the admin user is notified of the answer by email! The normal user should be notified too!

  11. BUG REPORT

    I'm logged in my private account with access to our Master Account (Vodeno) and I have opened a ticket in Support center. Wrong user is displayed as the author of the ticket - the user with Owner rights to our Master Account is displayed. It should be me as it is requested on my behalf.

  13. The mailjet system limit the send on all our subaccounts at the same time recently.
    It seems a bug on mailjet systems, because the support team says there was no reason about the limitation.

    Aside the bug, it will be very very helpful if mailjet could sent a email notification to the client if there is any problem on any subaccount or api_key.

  14. Bonjour, A chaque fois qu'on essaye de programmer une campagne un jour J, elle s'enregistre systématiquement pour un envoie à J+1. C'est extrêmement pénible, il faut alors la déprogrammer pour la reprogrammer le bon jour. C'est systématique et c'est une vrai perte de temps. Il faudrait régler le problème. Bonne journée.

    Mailjet était initialement une société française.
    Maintenant racheté par une société US, je suis navré de constaté que je reçois des emails de votre part en anglais, notamment le dernier email relatif à " Update to our online policies".
    Je ne suis pas anglophone et je pense que c'est une grave erreur de communiquer en anglais avec vos clients dont la langue est le français.
    Je suis devenu client Mailjet car c'était une société française (RGPD etc.) .
