    Il serait bien d'ajouter une ligne pour directement indiquer l'adresse mail recherché, cela serait plus rapide pour accéder à l'information voulu.

  4. statistics about open time average for a selected time/date period would be very usefull. Example: to know that in a average for the last 6 month that 52% of my useres open the newsletters between 7:00 and 10:00 and a other 38 % between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm would be realy userfull

  5. Sur la page d'une campagne, lorsque l'on veut exporter les statistiques de la campagne (ouvreurs et cliqueurs), serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité de choisir les champs que l'on souhaite exporter tels que nom de la société, nom et prénom du contact, etc.

  7. Pour exploiter les rapports que l'on télécharge en .csv depuis l'onglet stats, nous devons les convertir en .xls.
    Or, certains dépassent le nombre de lignes maximum d'Excel (1 048 576 lignes), et nous ne pouvons pas accéder à l'ensemble des datas. Serait-il possible de scinder le fichier .csv en plusieurs fichiers de 1 048 576 lignes maximum, ou nous laisser la possibilité de faire plusieurs téléchargements qui nous permettraient d'exploiter l'ensemble des datas?

    Il serait pratique de connaitre la raison du désabonnement de nos emailings(voir exemple en PJ). Certains le propose et je souhaite faire la même chose et c'est relativement pratique pour analyser les désabonnements.

    La console présente un message d'alerte dès le chargement de la page

    et dans la majorité des cas je dois m'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour exporter le CSV

  13. I wanted to report a bug.
    See attached screenshot.
    On the chart all emails in a given hour are marked with correct statuses, while all emails on the list below are marked only as a queued.
    It's misleading. It actually leads to a type of feelling that as I user I don't know if the email was finally sent or not.

  15. my account has a preference to be in French. so for the stats on this page https://app.mailjet.com/stats I would like to see the date in French (today is 09/08/2022 not 08/09/2022) the time/date in the column in French as well and the time zone set accordingly for Paris.

  16. It is needed to see in the Mailjet Stats the subject as was sent to the client and not the subject not traslated from thetemplate languaje wiht the vars:, If sentences.
    When we use variables ""vars:.." in a subject of a transactional template, in the mailjet stats ,the subject is shown "raw" with the vars: statements in template languaje instead of the subject sent to the client.

  18. ma liste de diffusion est principalement constituée d'adresses e-mails de professionnels dans de grandes sociétés, les serveurs de réception vérifient de plus en plus souvent les e-mails reçus avec un principe de clic automatique sur tous les liens URL que comporte le message reçu. Ce qui fait que dès la première minute de réception, j'ai plus de 20% des emails envoyés qui sont notés comme cliqués (information totalement parasite), et si je veux via votre tableau ne voir que les e-mails qui effectivement ont été ouverts, j'obtiens en fait une liste totalement inexploitable qui comporte les e-mails ouverts + les…

  19. Nous envoyons des eMails pour le compte de nos clients pour gérer leurs Rendez vous.
    L'adresse d'expédition est dans le format suivant : "NomduClient noreply@rdvcoiffure.fr"

    Nous voyons dans les Statistiques les envois par "noreply@rdvcoiffure.fr" mais pas "NomduClient".

    Serait-il possible de récupérer ou d'effectuer une recherche sur cette information (Visualisation, Export, API…) ??
