Soft Bounce Management
I want to define a soft bounce management within the UI. This should give the ability to define how the system should handled a message that is soft bouncing several times.
Example:
If an email adresse does soft bounce five times i want it to be blocked.

I would like to propose a change, that blocking due to hard-bounce should start from 2nd or 3rd bounce per recipient, instead of 1st hard-bounce like it is now. This is needed because sometimes recipient servers return hard-bounce because of *temporary* misconfiguration or other reasons. For example, recipient servers could have a mailbox migration in progress which temporary makes some mailboxes returning "unknown mailbox" error.
2-3 retries would still protect sender spam score and would eliminate the need to contact Mailjet support every time there is a flick on recipients end. -

Enhanced bounce handling for Exchange Online recipients.
Currently it seems that even if a recipient no longer exists in Exchange Online, it will many times just register as a Soft-Bounce.
Since Exchange Online is a huge system, I suggest spending more time on doing specific regular expression checks against the bounce messages that come from Microsoft. This way the service improves for all of us :)
