The support is literally non existent. It is extremely annoying trying to reach out to a person. Will be switching to another provider instead simply because of this.

It is very important to note that mailjet support is really frustrating as no support personnel is responding to our complains.

Support is incredibly SLOOOOOOW! And too much back and forth just to get basic understanding makes it even slower.

I opened my account about a year ago but haven't used it. Today when I attempted to file a support case, I was told that free support is available for the first 30 day only.
Really? So basically, you're telling me I can't try out Mailjet at my leisure.
Not the kind of support or attitude I was expecting.

Would be great to give support to people in Australia. We get NO chat or phone support even though we pay for it.
or make it cheaper for us as we get less service.

Schlechtester support den ich je erlebt!!! Support verweist nur auf das Sales Team! Sales Team hilft auch absolut nicht weiter!!! Ich möchte ein Upgrad auf 100.000 Mails im Dezember und anschließend wieder ein downgrade im Januar. Sales Team sagt das geht nicht. Schickt ausschließlich Links statt zu antworten. In den Links ist es aber beschrieben das es geht, erst upgrade dann wieder downgrade. Ich kann das upgrade aber nicht abschließen. Obwohl ich alle Daten inkl. meiner Kontodaten eingegeben habe und diese auch bestätigt habe, wird der Button nicht frei das ich meine Bestellung absenden kann. Einfach nur schlecht, schlecht schlecht!!! Furchtbarer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst support I have ever experienced!!! Support refers only to the sales team! Sales Team also absolutely does not help!!! I want to upgrade to 100,000 mails in December and then downgrade again in January. Sales Team says that is not possible. Sends only links instead of answering. But in the links it is described that it works, first upgrade then downgrade again. But I can not complete the upgrade. Although I have entered all data including my account information and have also confirmed, the button is not free that I can send my order. Just bad, bad bad!!! Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

since you updated or changed your page form nothing is going well, every month problem of payment, long time to reply to the complains tickets, not helping to fix the issues, closing the ticket even case not fixed, really not happy of the new service, it was very nice before the last change.
