Make MailJet Accessible
Make MailJet accessible
The current MailJet website is not usable by blind clients using screen reading software (such as JAWS, NVDA, or Apple VoiceOver) to navigate and interact with websites. My suggestion is that MailJet developers enhance this website to adhere to WCAG guidelines, a global accessibility standard for web development. Companies that do not provide accessible UIs risk legal action under the ADA (Netflix was one recent example). I’m a blind fiction writer, and without this enhancement, MailJet is completely unusable. You have already lost me as a customer. Don’t lose more. Fix this issue soon.

Many of your menu items and buttons can be controlled via shortcut keys, when using the tab key, etc. This is great because accessibility software can utilize these and automate a lot of tasks for those with accessibility issues.
However, your submenus have no ability to control with the keyboard, breaking any accessibility capabilities.
It is a very small change for mail jet to change their dropdown menus to make them usable, to accessibility screen readers and similar projects.
The main menu works and works beautifully with accessibility tools.
However your smaller menus for things like removing somebody from a mailing list or deleting them, do not work at all.
I have seen there are some other accessibility requests here, but it's been two years and no movement at all, which is quite concerning.
Please see attached screenshot for a specific example of where mail jet fails people that require accessibility tools.

I have to say it's incredibly disheartening that this request is nearly two years old and there has not even been a comment or any movement on this. We have team members that require accessibility tools, and mal jet is lacking.
