To improve workflows
For automations, it would greatly improve workflows if: we could determine which actions from the contact targeted makes them leave the workflow. For example: once the contact clicks on a link or even opens the mail, they leave the workflow.
Another idea, the workflow should have "If" actions. For example: if the contact opened the mail but hasn't clicked on any link, send mail n°2.

Je pars de mon expérience personnelle avec Mailjet. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface, très intuitive par rapport aux autres solutions du marché. Les mails sont toujours arrivés, très vite, sans accrocs.

Je travaille pour une petite entreprise, et nous avons besoin d'un mix entre emails transactionnels, et marketing automation (par ex., quand un utilisateur clique dans un mail il faut le changer de liste, utiliser des conditions après une certains durée en jours, etc).

Switch language in transactional email
Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

Allow transactional template to handle multiple languages
Currently I have to duplicate all my transactional templates, 1 per language.
I have about 10 emails, but with 4 languages each it makes 40 templates.
If I want to change a photo, a text, or a link, I must change it in a lot of different places.The optimal situation would be a unique template with the ability to define 1 copy per language directly in the template editor, and to pass a 'language' parameter in the API to tell Mailjet which one to choose.

Automatically take users out of a workflow on property change, or check for properties before each mail send

the workflow feature is missing an option that, in my opinion, is really important.
We manage contact properties using the API, that updates certain properties as a consequence of the user behavior on our platform.
To make a little example: we may have a property named "membershiplevel" that can have the values "basic" and "premium". When a user subscribes to our platform, we call your API to create the contact and to set the "membershiplevel" property to "basic". Email When A subscriber is added
Please can you add a feature to Mailjet so that I can be emailed when someone subscribes to a list. Ideally with the contact details that they have attached to their record.
Bizarrely Mailchimp offers this - I thought it would be a given switching to Mailjet that you guys would offer it.. Zapier gets halfway but it is clunky and doesn't pass all the contact info - only the email address, so it's a hassle to log in and get all the details, copy, paste it etc etc.

online link to our email in transactionals
Could you offer an online version for transactional templates? we have many issues with some email providers filtering our images and it doesn't make sense for us to send an email without them. So it would be cool if we could add a permanent link on top to make our users see the email properly.

Repeatable workflows with api unsubscribe
Allow workflows to be applied to a contact more than once and allow unsubscribe from api. e.g. Send a set of emails via a workflow with a specific call to action that may occur many times within our application. If the contact performs the action they can be unsubscribed from the workflow for that instance.

Create Email Funnel Reports for Workflow Automations
Reporting for Workflow Automations is extremely limited through the UI. If you want any reporting, it needs to come from API data integrations into another platform. Instead, create robust reporting within the Mailjet UI dashboard including Workflow Automation Funnels.

We have a campaign where people who fill our form will get our random email (1 of 30). Since there are no A/B testing available for workflow, I think the only way is to create different automation/templates and randomise by segmentation.

RSS improvements (customization and automated sending)
Hello, the RSS import functionality is very limited. I would like to be able to customize the import style to have automatically a custom button (color, rounding, text). To be able to automate the sending of email with an RSS feed that feeds itself at the time of sending. Resume a stopped Workflow
We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.

Day X at expiration
If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.
New contact in the list = time X
X + 1 day: message 1
X + 3 days: Message 2
X + 5 days: Message 3In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

Edit an active Automation Workflows
Right now, it is not possible to edit an automation workflow once it's started. The only workaround is to stop it and create a new one from this one.
It would be very helpful to be able to edit active workflows to test different changes.
