Clicked Percentage is calculated incorrectly
Your Clicked percentage is incorrect by a decimal place. For example, it should be 31.9% and instead it sales 319%. I have noticed this problem for a long time.

Customize Recipient Default Display Name Using Contact Properties
Ability to add contact properties to display in Campaign Stats (and other reports).
The ability to customize globally what a "recipient" displays as using contract properties. (Currently it displays only the email address.)
Eg.
1. FirstName LastName
2. LastName, FirstName
3. email (FirstName, LastName)

Please make the "stoi" error more descriptive. We are working with large templates and if this error could provide more information on the exact integer that is causing this this occur it would be very helpful.

Automatic replys straight to the reply-to address
Automatic reply's from the e-mail responders sent straight to the reply-to address. For example, it would be great to get all the "out of office" messages sent directly to the reply-to address, so the sender gets to see all the out of office / sick leave / etc messages.

Block sending if quota is exceeded
It is not normal not to be able to block the sending if the quota of emails of the subscription is exceeded in order to avoid unwanted invoicing.
This feature is useful for resellers paying the subscription for a customer.

Campaign engagement rates are calculated wrongly
Your email campaign engagement rates are calculated wrongly.
E.g. if I send to 1000 people, 900 was delivered successfully, 200 opened, 20 clicked, 5 unsubscribed
Current calculation method returns:
90% delivery rate (900/1000 - total received/total sent)
22.2% open rate (200/900 - total opened/total received)
10% clicked rate (20/200 - total clicked/total opened)
0.56% unsubscribed (5/900 - total unsubscribed/total received)All numbers should be divided by [number of people SENT] instead. The example above should return:
90% delivery rate (900/1000 - correct)
20% open rate (200/1000 - total opened/total sent)
2% clicked rate (20/1000 - total clicked/total sent)

Resend to recipients that didn't open only
I'd like yo suggest as a new functionality the ability to resend a campaign only to the recipients that did not open it before. I have seen this as an option on other email platforms and find it a very useful option to have.

Option for campaign stats/report sent via email
Currently, i can see the delivery report of my campaign on the web portal but i also want a feature that allows me to enable receiving the campaign report via email.
This feature can be generic for all campaigns or activated per campaign

Link Webview to Google Translate/shorter PermaLink
It would be useful to be able to add a personalized link that opens Google Translate on the page. Especially, when you have less Customers in a language, you won't to mulitple translations.
Currently you can use:
- short_permalink which works with Google Translate, but is not personalized.
- using the normal permalink results in an error on Google, as the link is too long.Thus having a personalized shortlink as parameter would do the trick, or either having a ready parameter that does already to Google Translate.
We use it like:

Email Stats @ Enterprise Level
For those of us that utilize sub-accounts, we need a Stats Reporting UI at the Enterprise Level that allows for a layer of sub-account reporting included within the metrics. If I need a monthly report of sends, I can get that information (although hidden) in the Billing Section (of all places) of Account Setting from the Master (Enterprise) Level. But if I wanted to see my deliverability, open rate, CTR, bounce rates or any other KPI at the Enterprise Level, I have to pull data from EACH sub-account into a spreadsheet and then tally the data to get my measures.…
