  1. It would be really nice to be able to sort Contacts by their sign up date field, in reverse chronological order, within the dashboard. That way we can see all the new sign ups without having to export the entire list and sort in Excel.

  3. Hola, sería bueno que en los resultados se mostrara toda la información del contacto, como el nombre, telefono y demás datos que uno decide importar.

    It would be very helpful to have a file report of all actions performed by all contacts on all campaigns. format like
    contact email; campaign title; action (delivered/ open/ clicked...); date and time

    We can have this info in the UI through the Contact menu, then selecting a contact, then selecting a campaign, which leads to the attached UI. But there is not possibility to get a full extract of the data, which is in the mailjet database however

    Such a data extraction could help to see how many times, how many users have clicked on a given email,…

  6. Hi, Could you improve email tracking dashboard ? It's really hard to find if a diven email has really been sent, delivered, open. If you could add earch per sender, per contact, per subject etc. Also when I select a period in "statistics", it always resets to a random date in July. Thanks in advance !

  8. De manière générale nos gestionnaires disposent d'une version d'excel ne permettant pas de choisir le séparateur et proposant par défaut le point-virgule. Ce n'est habituellement pas un problème car l'import au niveau du BO accepte aussi les fichiers de ce type la plupart du temps.

    Le problème est présent lorsqu'il a un fichier avec séparateur point-virgule et qu'il y a une virgule dans l'une cellules. Le fichier est alors rejeté sans la moindre explication du problème. On peut parfois passer beaucoup de temps à tâtonner pour trouver ce qui cloche avec le fichier qu'on souhaite importer

  9. Statistiques/Graphiques : pouvoir basculer entre mode Quantité versus Taux. Conserver les graphiques en mode quantités d'évènements (nombres de sent, delivered, opens, etc...) mais pouvoir basculer le même graphique graphique en mode "taux" (taux d'ouverture, taux de plaintes, etc...).

    Statistics/Charts: be able to switch between Quantity versus Rate mode. Keep the graphs in event quantity mode (number of sent, delivered, opens, etc...) but be able to switch the same graphic graph to "rate" mode (opening rate, complaint rate, etc...) .

    Nous souhaiterions pouvoir disposer d'une nouvelle fonctionnalité nous permettant d'extraire la liste des désabonnés pour toutes nos campagnes à un instant T.
    Par rapport à l'extraction actuellement réalisable nous souhaiterions que les données suivantes soient directement disponibles dans l'Excel :
    - Email de la personne désabonnée
    - Campagne dont est issue le désabonnement (nom de la campagne ou date de la campagne)
    - Date du désabonnement

    Following up on my previous inquiry, I’d like to send you some other potential points of improvement for your service.

    MailJet has created a ‘Compare-campaigns’ environment. This environment would be helpful to include an option to select more than 10 campaigns for comparison. In my opinion, having an option to select at least 31 campaigns at a time would be beneficial to users of your service. In this manner we would be able to understand how well our campaigns of at least one month have been performing in correlation to one another.

    Currently we are trying to compare the results of our campaigns through your dashboard. It seems like there is some crucial data missing to be able to make a proper comparison between our best and worst performing campaigns.

    In our case, our design-team is curious to find out how well their 'Preview texts' are performing in comparison to the open-rates. Unfortunately, we're only able to find the 'Subject text' in the campaign reports.

    Is there a way to extract the ‘Preview text’ from the reports? And if not, could you explain why this option has been left out…

  19. We can change the number of elements displayed on each list pagination. But if we edit an element and go back, we're back on the 1st page with 10 elements.
    Really annoying and time consuming when you have big lists (ie: many domains or individual addresses to manage).
    Or make the default more than 10
