  2. C'est très compliqué d'avoir une campagne avec un haut débit d'envoi d'emails avec Maillet car notre compte est souvent bloqué et le support tarde à répondre pour nous permettre de débloquer la situation.

    1. Currently, the email unsubscribe page does not contain a heading or any page landmarks, or any way to add those.
    2. There is also insufficient colour contrast on the buttons on the page. There seems to be no way for us to address these ourselves. This means that the service fails the latest WCAG requirements for screenreaders for issue 1 and for users with vision issues. for issue 2 - essential for sites in the public service sites.

  5. We have several accounts for different projects, but now we'd like to merge all of them just into one account. We can't do it because we can't transfer the data from the account. It would be great and useful if we could use these accounts already created to create new subaccounts in the main account. Thanks!

  6. Recently we had the case that someone went into a sub-account and reset the secret for an API key in order to get access to it in order to update some of the templates via the API. This same API key is used for our production processing.
    As only 1 API key can be kept per sub-account at the moment, there is also no work around except sharing the key. In our case this was done but the person lost it/deleted it somehow and didn't really think about the implications of resetting the secret. This caused our production API key…

  9. On subaccount Level there should be the possibility to a set recipient domain to a blacklist with the consequence that every triggered email to the recipient domain will be blocked, similar when trying to tiggere emails to gmail.de which will got immediately blocked.

  10. Hello, I am consistently being logged out of the MailJet platform after what seems to be only 20-30 minutes. This has been consistent for me since I started using MailJet, and is particularly frustrating. I'm not sure what causes this automatic log-out, but it would be very convenient if we had some control or options regarding this.

Utilisatrice de votre outil depuis de nombreuses années, et forcée de suive les augmentations, je déplore d'avoir perdu "mes sections sauvegardées, toujours visibles dans "mes modèles", mais devenues depuis peu inutilisables à poins de passer à la formule 85 euros par an, et je n'ai pas besoin ni du volume pour ce prix maximum, ni des autres fonctionnalités. Pourquoi ne pas le proposer seul, ou le laisser dans la formule où je suis ? à 14 euros ? Au pire j'aurais pu accepter 23 euros, mais il n'y a même pas les sections sauvegardées dans la formule juste au dessus.…

  12. I want to see the name of the subaccount that used a non-validated sender address. As of now, the mail that is received in such cases only holds the API Key, but not the name of the key. So if you don't know the apikeys themself you are not able to identify which account is having a problem.

  13. La fonctionnalité de suivi des clics à l'aide des tags de conversion pour les campagnes marketing est inexploitable pour nous dans son état actuel.

    => On ne peut activer cette fonctionnalité qu'à partir du compte principal et cela s'applique en cascade sur l'intégralité des sous-comptes dont nous disposons. Il faudrait que nous puissions l'activer pour certains sous-comptes uniquement et que nous puissions régler les couples clé/valeur indépendamment par sous-compte.

  14. Retrouver les droits d'une personne en particulier est très difficile :
    - Les entrées ne sont ordonnées de manière intelligibles : il existe un tri alphabétique page par page, mais pas sur l'ensemble complet des utilisateurs.
    - Il est impossible d'ordonner
    - Il est impossible de rechercher par adresse email

    Nous avons une demande de correction :
    - Faire en sorte que l'ordonnancement des résultats se fasse sur l'intégralité des résultats et non plus page par page, pour que ça redevienne exploitable.

  15. Nous avons besoin de pouvoir créer des profils d'utilisateurs personnalisés sans avoir à répéter cette opération à chaque nouvel utilisateur et à chaque nouvel ajout de sous-compte pour un utilisateur donné.
    Actuellement la grande majorité des droits sont réglés avec le profil "Administrateur" car :

  16. Nous avons 190 utilisateurs dans la liste de nos accès partagés, c'est beaucoup. Extraire l'ensemble des utilisateurs (pour faire une revue d'accès) n'est pas prévu.
